This guide is to show you the basics of logging into the web portal. You can log in as a user or as an administrator. Once you get in, you can see many tabs on the right hand side.

For more information you can attend an online training. Simply email your training needs to uctraining@masergy.com.

OrientationLog inUsing Internet Explorer, go to:

Go to https://www.masergy.com and at the top of the page select Login. Then from drop down menu select Unified Communications for Web Portal login page

• Enter your assigned User ID (See your administrator)• Enter your Password. (See your administrator)• Click the Login button.

Remember PasswordIf you check the “Remember Password” box, a cookie will be set on your machine, allowing you to bypass the Login page on future returns to the Masergy Internet address.

If you are an admin or use a shared computer DO NOT check the “Remember Password” box.

Add Masergy to FavoritesWhen adding the link to favorites, be sure to create the URL as https://www.masergy.com

Change your PasswordThe first time you log you should change your passcode to a complex one for security reasons.

• From the Profile Window• Click Passwords• Click Set web access password.• Enter the old password.• Enter new password twice.• Click Okay.• Remember your new password.

NOTE 1: Do not change the voice portal password here.

LogoutClick the Logout link in the upper right corner of the Masergy page.

Options TabDepending on your services you will have a variety of tabs and options.

Profile is your personal info, mobile number, etc.

Incoming Calls has call forwarding, do not disturb, simultaneous ring, and all other settings around how your calls ring in to you.

Outgoing calls is the tab where you can make setting changes to speed dials and things that assist making calls.

Call Control is the tab where you can find call waiting, Masergy Anywhere, remote office, hoteling, etc.

Messaging Tab has all voice mail settings such as number of rings and messages to email.

Utilities Tab has the searchable group directory of names and numbers and the list of feature access codes.

Conferencing Tab is optional for conference bridge administrators where you can set up conference bridge calls with private, secure access codes.

At the top right you can see our other portals.

Help will give you more information on the page you are currently viewing.

Home takes you back to the Profile Tab.
