TSL3360: Intro to TESL

Create a free account @ www.webex.com using your ufl.edu email address

Choose a password | Click Sign Up

You will receive an email to Activate your account | Click Activate

Sign In using your ufl.edu email address and newly created password

Use your actual name as your Display Name and add a photo if you like

Explore the interface

Schedule the meeting

What: title it your group number

When: agreed upon time and date

Who: enter the email addresses of group members AND TSL3360.summer13@gmail.com

Be sure to check the Record this meeting box!

Once all members, except TSL3360.summer13@gmail.com,

are online Start the meeting

Make sure that the meeting is Recording, at the bottom right corner of the screen

Click on the video camera icon next to your name in the list of Participants

Once the meeting is complete you may Watch the recording
