How to use online tools effectively in class

There are many online tools that one can use in class - the important thing is to identify those that can help us to achieve our aims and objectives with our students. Just because a tool

is ‘cool’ and ‘fancy’ doesn’t mean that it is useful or pedagogically sound.

Remember: Technology is useless if we use it only for the sake of ‘using technology’ !
