WeatherTRAK Mobile App User’s Manual
WeatherTRAK Mobile is a true smart phone app that
can run on Apple iOS and Android based phones
and tablets.
It provides easy mobile access to alert information
and allows manual irrigation for all the Accounts,
Sites and Controllers you manage through your
WeatherTRAK.net login.
It also provides alert summary information at an
Account, Site and Controller level. And it will provide
alert details to easily troubleshoot issues remotely.
It allows manual irrigation on a station-by-station
basis while you’re at the site or remote.
It also allows easy One-Touch Support™ access to WeatherTRAK’s customer service.
Requirements to use WeatherTRAK Mobile You need an existing WeatherTRAK.net username and password to launch the app.
The WeatherTRAK Mobile app supports all WeatherTRAK Central Controllers that have an
active subscription to WeatherTRAK Central Internet Management including:
WeatherTRAK ET Pro2 Central
WeatherTRAK ET Pro2 X Central
WeatherTRAK ET Pro2 Smart Water Manager Central
WeatherTRAK LC Central
WeatherTRAK Mobile cannot be used with WeatherTRAK Controllers that have a Basic
subscription, Toro, or Irritrol controllers.
How do I setup my WeatherTRAK.net username or password? Go to www.hydropoint.com, select the Support Tab then the Add or change login access for
WeatherTRAK Central on the right under Activate Central Controllers.
The information needs to be completed AND the last page signed by the Controller Owner then
faxed or emailed back to [email protected].
Access requests will be completed within 2 business days.

Login Screen
Enter your Username (usually your e-mail address) and Password. This is the same username
and password that you use to log into WeatherTRAK.net.
Check “Save Login” if you want your device to remember your username and password next
time you access your controllers.
Then click “Sign In.”

Manual Irrigation To control manual irrigation select the Manual Navigation button in
the Navigation bar. Then select the Account, Site and Controller
you want to control.
Manual Summary Screen The Manual Summary screen appears when your press the
Manual Navigation button. This screen provides a quick summary
dashboard of the number of Accounts, Sites and Controllers
available through your login.
Select “Accounts” to start navigating to the controller you want to
control.
Manual Account & Sites Screen –
Find and select the appropriate Account and Site The Manual Accounts & Sites screen allows you to select the
appropriate Account and Site you want to control.
The number to the right of the Site name is the number of
controllers on that site.
Use the “Summary” button at the top of the screen to go back to
the Manual Summary Screen.

Manual Controllers –
Find and select the appropriate Controller The Manual Controllers screen allows you to quickly select which
controller you want to control.
The Account & Site appear in grey near the top of the screen.
Use the “Sites” button at the top of the screen to go back to the
Manual Summary Screen.
Manual Operate Controller Screen –
Control station specific manual irrigation
The Manual Operate Controller screen allows you to select which
stations you want to run and how long you want to run them.
The Account, Site and Controller names appear in the grey banner
near the top of the screen.
To Start Manual Irrigation 1. Select the station(s) you want to turn on.
2. Select the duration you want each station to run
(all stations will run for the same duration).
3. Press the “Start” button

To Stop Manual Irrigation
1. If the Controller is currently running manual irrigation,
the button label at the bottom of the screen will be Stop.
2. Press the “Stop” button.

Alerts The Alerts area provides access to all active alerts by Account,
Site and Controller as well as detailed alert information. The alert
information is refreshed every time you press the ALERTS
navigation button.
Alerts Summary The Alert Summary screen appears when your press the
ALERTS Navigation button.
This screen provides a summary dashboard of the number of
Total Alerts, Total Major Alerts, and number of Sites with Major
Alerts or number of Controllers with Major Alerts.
Select “Accounts” to start navigating to the controller you want
to control.

Find and select the appropriate Account and Site The Alerts Accounts & Sites screen allows you to select the
appropriate account and site.
The number to the beneath of the site name is the number of
alerts and major alerts on that site.

appropriate Controller at the selected.
The number beneath of the Controller name is the number of
alerts and major alerts on that controller.
Use the “Sites” button at the top of the screen to go back to the
Alerts Summary Screen.
Alerts / Controller Alerts –
Find and select the appropriate Alert The Alerts / Controller Alerts screen shows you to see all the
alerts available on this controller.

Alerts / Alert Detail – View Alert Detail The Alerts / Alert Detail screen shows the selected alerts
detail including an alert description, duration and how to
remedy the issue.

HELP The HELP screen provides direct access to HydroPoint
Customer Service either through phone or email. If you have
phone service, press the “Call Customer Service” button to
directly dial HydroPoint Customer Service.
To email HydroPoint customer service press “Email Customer
Service” and an email addressed to [email protected]
will appear.
Be sure to include the type of device you are using and the
serial number of the controller.
