Radio Broadcast: Sundays at 11:00am on AM1430 WBEV | Livestream: Sundays at 9:30am on TrinityUMBD.org

This morning's radio broadcast was given to the glory of God by: — Bob and Mary Schiller — an anonymous donor

Precautions at TrinityThings are changing rapidly and will continue to do so.  Let's do all we can to respect each other as we find our way to a new normal. We know that federal guidelines continue to change – as will the guidelines for Dodge County. Here’s what you can help with now:

• Come to worship on Sunday mornings when you feel ready - no reservations necessary. • Stay home if you are feeling ill. • Plan to practice respectful social distancing when you are at church. • Be prepared to wear a mask during indoor services if you can. If you are uncomfortable wearing a

mask through the service or activity, and find that you need to remove your mask, it would be most helpful if you replace your mask during transition times when we are more likely to ’bump into each other.’  This is one way we can show respect for each other’s different understandings of safety in groups. The CDC recommends masks:

• when vaccinated and unvaccinated people gather.  Our church chooses not to ask people to disclose their vaccination status.

• for unvaccinated people over age 2. • for people with suppressed immune systems for many different reasons.

• Sing softly during worship services. • Celebrate communion by receiving an individualized portion.  • If you are in a small group in which all persons volunteer they have been vaccinated,

CDC guidelines indicate it’s safe to remove masks if you are comfortable doing so. We will continue to review our local situation; we expect that sometime in the weeks ahead we will be gathering without masks. If you feel it's important to be vaccinated before you enter into a gathering of people, please plan to care for this as soon as possible!

Congratulations, Seniors! Today we recognize our seniors who are marking the end of their time in high school. We celebrate with each of them as they take their next life steps. Each senior will receive a Bible signed with messages and bible verses from our Trinity family. Thank you to everyone who participated in this special tradition!

Remembrance Sunday — Next Week at Both Worship Services We’ll share a special time of prayer next Sunday to remember people who were part of Trinity’s congregation and died in recent months. In many cases, we were unable to celebrate the lives of those who died during the months of pandemic. We'll take time to lift up their names, share their photos and recognize those members and friends to honor and remember them.

Farewell for Pastor Cherie & Welcoming Pastor Eric We are planning special celebrations to mark our pastoral transition here at Trinity Church! Both events will be held in the parking lot (weather permitting). A letter with more details was sent out last week. June 27 — Saying “Goodbye” to Pastor Cherie We will share cupcakes and coffee following the 8:00am service, and burgers, brats, hot dogs, and more following the 9:30am service. We are also collecting cards and monetary gifts for Pastor Cherie (by 6/20). July 11 — Saying “Hello” to Pastor Eric Join us for pie & ice cream or an ice cream sundae to welcome Pastor Eric and his family following both worship services on his first Sunday in the pulpit

Melodies in Mission — School Supplies Each month, we have a special giving focus that we like to call Melodies in Mission. During the summer months, we will be collecting monetary donations that will be used to purchase school supplies and backpacks. Items will be distributed to children at The Playground Movement, in our church family and in the community. Last year we were able to help 23 children obtain school supplies. Gifts can be made using the donate button on TrinityUMBD.org, by sending a check to the church (please write ‘School Supplies’ on the memo line), or by giving when you attend in-person worship. Thank you for your generosity!

Online Giving has a whole new look! Vanco, our online giving platform, recently made updates, and our page has a fresh new look! Access the giving page through the same “Donate Now” button you’re used to, or visit bit.ly/TrinityUMBDgiving.
