Insight’s Weapon Thermal Monocular (WTM) is a weapon mountable thermal imaging device with an integrated laser designator and digital camera. The Weapon Mountable Mini Thermal Monocular features a Picatinny rail interface and is hardened to withstand the sustained recoil of 5.56mm tactical loads. The thermal imaging capability of the WTM allows for observation and target identification under adverse conditions including light rain, smoke, light snow, and low light to total darkness. The digital camera enables acquisition, storage, download, and recall of viewed thermal images.
