We will be straightening & filling the women’s Lee “Ultra Lux Comfort Jogger and Skinny & Straight” jean feature tables and the “Legendary – Skinny, Straight & Bootcut” back wall and/or floor fixture jean set ups in the regular Women’s Denim department in 200 KOHL’S stores

Vendors may be required to wear masks while working

Visit Priorities:

Sign in the Vendor Log at Customer Service and meet with store management to let them know you are there to service the women’s Lee “Legendary” jeans.

1. Straighten and fill backstock of the women’s Lee “Ultra Lux Comfort” Jogger, Skinny & Straight jean tables. • The “Jogger” style should be displayed on 1 feature table. • The “Skinny & Straight” styles should be displayed on a separate front feature table. • Below are photos of what the “Ultra Lux Comfort” jeans and branding tags look like –

Main Goals for Visit: 1. Straighten & fill backstock of the women’s Lee “Ultra Lux Comfort” Jogger & the Skinny and Straight Jean

tables. The Jogger style should be on 1 table and the Skinny & Straight styles should be displayed on a separate table.

2. Straighten & fill the 3 different styles of women’s Lee “Legendary”- Skinny, Straight & Bootcut jean styles in numerous colors out on the selling floor. All of these jean styles will have “yellow” size stickers on them.

3. Fill as much backstock as possible. 4. Make sure the 2 correct and current Lee graphic signs are displayed on the wall display/fixture for the following styles

– Lee Legendary “Skinny”, Lee Legendary “Straight” and Lee Legendary “Bootcut”. • If the signs cannot be located, speak with store management to have them reorder the sign(s). • If any other Lee graphic signs are up on these women’s “Legendary” jean displays – remove/take them down.

It is okay if no graphic signs are up, if the store cannot find the correct new ones, or if they have to be reordered. The client does not want any old or incorrect signs displayed on the fixtures.

This visit should be made at the same time in conjunction with the other Men’s Lee visits scheduled at this same store at the same time. 2. Women’s Lee “Legendary” Jeans (specific styles)

• These “Legendary” jean styles have “YELLOW” SIZE STICKERS ON THEM!! (Do not mix these up with the other “Legendary” jean styles in the dept).

• These “Legendary” jean styles retail for $48.00 regular price. (Do not mix these up with the other “Legendary” jean styles in the dept).

• BELOW IS THE ORDER IN HOW THE 3 JEAN “STYLES” SHOULD BE DISPLAYED ON THE BACK WALL and/or FLOOR FIXTURES – jean colors should be displayed within each “style” lightest color on the left, with darkest color on the right

• If these jeans are located on a floor fixture, still straighten and fill them and take a photo of them

• Below are photos of what the jean “styles” look like –

• The women’s “Legendary” jeans should be located on the back wall. (Each stores wall set up could be a little different, so the jeans might be displayed on shelves or in built in fixture cubes as well).

The hang tags on the new “Skinny” style of Legendary jeans will say “Legendary Style – Skinny”

The “Bootcut” style will have a “bootcut” The “Straight” style will have a “straight” All “Legendary” jeans will regularly retail for $48.00 hangtag and a round tag that says hangtag and a round tag that says “Legendary” “Legendary”

• These jeans must be tri-folded. If the jeans are currently hanging, work with the store to take them off the hangers and fold them instead.

• All of the women’s “Legendary” jean styles will retail at $48.00 regular price. • The “Legendary” jeans will be offered in 3 different leg opening styles:

o Skinny – this style was new and shipped to the stores in August o Straight – already previously carried in the store and will be located on the back wall, or on floor fixtures o Boot - already previously carried in the store and will be located on the back wall, or on floor fixtures

• Most stores will average carrying around 200 pairs of the “Legendary” jeans. • The jean styles will already be set up and located in the regular Women’s Denim department folded on the back

wall. Try to work with the Dept Lead or Store Management if this is not where the jeans are located, so the correct presentation can be executed. o Please note, there are several other very similar styles of women’s Lee jeans that are also carried in the

store. Be careful when reviewing which “Legendary” styles of jeans to service. • All stores will carry all 3 styles of the women’s “Legendary” jeans in Skinny, Straight & Bootcut. • The “Legendary” jean styles could accidentally be mixed up and located on more than 1 floor fixture or back

wall presentation within the regular Women’s Denim department. Be sure to check all of the floor fixtures in case some of the jeans are accidentally located on more than one display.

• The jean colors should be displayed going from lightest to darkest within each style on the fixture. All of one jean color should be displayed from top to bottom in a nice neat row (based on the amount of stock and wall space that you are given). Display all of the different colors within each style as best you can.

• Size from smallest to largest within each style and color (with smallest size on the very top of the pile). • Try to keep the jean stacks to around 8-10 pairs maximum, so the stacks are not too high. • Bring as much backstock out to the selling floor as possible. • Pull any damaged product and give to store management.

• Make sure Kohl’s electronic price signage is up on the fixture by the end of the visit. • There should not be different/mixed up styles of jeans located in the same jean piles on the same fixtures. For

example, jeans with all of the same size strip style should be located together.

3. MAKE SURE THE 2 LEE GRAPHIC SIGNS ARE DISPLAYED: • The 2 “Lee” fixture graphic signs below, should be displayed (check with Visual or Store Management if they are

not up). The client did not mail the signs to the store, the store can reorder them if they need to. • The signs are 24 x 5.5 inches • Below are images of the signs –

• If your store has the jeans displayed, but cannot locate the new and correct Lee graphic signs, go ahead and submit the survey. Do not make a follow up visit to try and find the Lee graphic signs only.

• If any other Lee graphic signs are up on these women’s “Legendary” jean displays – they must be removed/taken down by you! It is okay if no graphic signs are up, if the store cannot find the correct new ones, or if they have to be reordered. The client does not want any old or incorrect signs displayed on the fixtures.

4. Fill from backstock • Backstock must be scanned out of the stockroom. • Bring as much backstock as possible out to the selling floor for all pant styles. Be sure you’re checking for

sizes/colors/styles that are needed out on the sales floor. • Try to gain additional fixture space wherever possible. If there is extra space available and you have the backstock

to fill it, check with management to see if you can use it for the pants. • Keep count of approximately how many women’s Lee “Legendary” jeans you bring out to the selling floor, as

you will have to report this in your survey. • “Kontoor” or “VF Jeanswear”” will be written on the outside of the shipping cartons. • If the new “Skinny” style of jeans cannot be found, below is a sampling of a UPC in each color that the store can

look up the status of in the on-hand system -

5. Photos • Take 3 sets of “before” & “after photos” - at least 6 photos

o Take before and after photos of the women’s Lee “Ultra Lux Comfort” Jogger table. o Take before and after photos of the women’s Lee “Ultra Lux Comfort” Skinny & Straight jean table. o Take before and after photos of the women’s “Legendary” Skinny, Straight and Bootcut wall or fixture displays - with

the 2 correct Lee fixture graphic sign(s) displayed. o You can also step back and take a photo of the entire department to show where the women’s Lee jeans are located,

compared to other brands in the dept.

6. Meet with store management at the end of the visit to let them know what you were able to accomplish and sign out of the Vendor Log.
