Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark and unfolds beauti-fully beyond the old ramparts. You’ll find the Queen, the Royal Theatre and the Parliament. Copenhagen is a gem in Europe, characterized by many cultural offerings, ethnicity, fashion, cu-linary diversity and all the other pluses which create an authentic multicultural metropolis with an international outlook and class.
This 800-year-old city is a mix of medieval and modernity. The old quirky and beautiful buildings, the narrow alleys, canals, back-
yards and cobblestones on the one hand and on the other hand, the Metro and the Opera House.
From the three lakes to the canals at Nyhavn the cityscape is characterized by the thousands of cyclists who each day com-mute back and forth to work and to the many universities and other educational institutions. On the map we’ve handpicked a great selection of different pla-ces all close to our local heart. We’ve walked the streets away from Strøget to find the most au-thentic local spots for you. This is our 3th edition of the City Center and the map is filled with cool and hip eateries, exceptional shops and niche bars. This neighborhood is characterized by the high quality and modern touch. A true haven for young people with the always lively city vibe. Every neighborhood is dy-namic, so we strive to show the diversity and that’s why the map changes every year.
