    Oil & Gas

    Chemco’s companies have been servicing Canada’s oil and gas industry for over 50 years, providing construction and maintenance solutions to all sectors of the industry.     Infrastructure

    Road construction, fiber optic communications, hydro projects, retention ponds, and waste water treatment.     Chemco continues to build on relationships with some of Canada’s largest mining companies. From open-pit mines in northern Alberta to underground potash facilities in Saskatchewan, we approach each project knowing that one size doesn’t fit all.     Transportation

    Hauling across Canada, our logistics division has an ever-growing fleet to help meet your transportation needs, featuring solutions from 1-ton trucks and trailers up to tri-drive winch tractors, with a wide variety of trailer combinations. The safety and reliability of our fleet is maintained by our in-house team of certified licensed mechanics. We’ll provide you with timely solutions to all your transportation needs.

    Communications

    Our communications group has been building and servicing communication networks for over 20 years. From the completion of North America’s first pipeline use of pipe-in-pipe technology for fiber optic leak detection to upgrading Alberta and Saskatchewan’s fiber to home infrastructure, our experience is why clients look to Chemco first.

    Along with our Engineering and Civil/Earthworks divisions we can design, stamp, install, and commission, giving you one point of contact for the entire project.     Chemco has spent over 50 years installing and maintaining industrial electrical systems throughout western Canada. We service all facets of the energy and industrial sectors, from upstream to downstream, potash to power generation.

    Instrumentation

    Our Instrumentation Division uses the most up-to-date equipment and processes to monitor the production performances and regulation of our clients’ machinery and storage systems, ensuring reliability in all their capital assets.

    Our management team has over 20 years of experience in hydrovac application. We take pride in restoring all of our jobsites to their initial condition or better, regardless of the processes employed on the project.

    Horizontal Directional Drilling

    With a wide range of size and power offerings across our drill lineup, we’re committed to helping you tackle jobs in the tightest spaces and in the most difficult ground conditions, helping to maximize our productivity and improve our efficiency to meet demanding deadlines.

    Logistics and Transportation

    From 1-ton trucks and trailers up to tri-drive winch tractors with a wide variety of trailer combinations, our fleet is equipped for your industry. The safety and reliability of our fleet is maintained by our in-house team of certified licensed mechanics.

    Access Matting

    Our Cross Laminated mats have twice the strength of traditional bolted mats and are an average of 50% lighter, meaning significantly lower shipping costs. The solid top design makes them the easiest mats in the industry to clean, preventing site-to-site contamination and minimizing environmental impact.

    Construction Equipment

    Chemco owns and maintains a full line of construction equipment, ensuring site productivity remains high. From manlifts, boom trucks, welders, generators, and lighting plants to lunch/office trailers and sea cans, we come to your jobsite ready to work.

    Quality Control

    Chemco’s quality control personnel ensure your projects adhere to specification from design to construction. We use a proprietary digital system specialized for electrical and mechanical instrumentation construction contracting to support rigorous QA and QC testing. Chemco can provide complete QAQC support or work with an established QAQC team to actively prevent delays on your project.

    Estimating

    We use data and experience from over 50 years of industrial development in western Canada to estimate project costs and timelines with consistency and accuracy. Chemco uses custom software to break down proposals transparently, showing our clients everything from lump sums to individual service rates and material costs, keeping projects on budget before they start.

    Project Controls

    As industry grows, so does the complexity of its challenges. Chemco recognizes that project oversight is key to efficient and reliable operations that can adapt to changing requirements.
