In order for us to give your shipments the best service possible we need you to adhere to the following.
There are three ways to access HOT:
EXCHANGE1. Electronic HAWB download from your system direct into ours – we will scan your HAWB or label on arrival giving you notification of safe receipt and also use your data to manifest onto our Export system. (Our IT Dept will help set this link up with you).
S.I.D. – SHIPMENT INFORMATION DELIVERY SYSTEM2. This is Norsk’s own online HAWB/manifest system – it allows you to manifest consignments that automatically are scanned via our Hubs – giving much greater accuracy and real time tracking. (Our IT dept will get you started).
MANUAL HAWB3. This is our least favoured option and will not unlock many of the benefits available to electronically booked shipments. If a HAWB is used these are our conditions:• Fixed in open pouch to consignment• 3 copies, clear details on all NCR pages• No P. O. Boxes• Consignee contact name and full
address including zip code – mandatory equirement
• Clear handwriting – preferably printed• Bar Code ref = to Hawb no.• Accurate pieces and weight• Volume dimensions• Telephone number – mandatory if private address

Shipment with Labels onlyIf you are using a label with the above details – and you are not an ‘Electronic’ download client then we must have a second copy of your label for our processing in a removable pouch.

Special DeliveriesDetails must be marked on HAWB and given over to our operations staff separately by your drivers.
ContentsIt is your responsibility to vet all consignments and show contents on the HAWB. Samples or other ‘coverall’ statements are not allowed, your shipment may suffer a delay whilst we carry out security checks.Any dangerous or hazardous material will be seized and will be reported to the authorities.

transport diagnostic and infectious samples. HOT will not just pick up and
deliver the samples on time at the laboratories but can also supply the

trial service and cold chain management ensure that we can fully support your

Our OBC team manages all organisational aspects, such as entry requirements,
flight bookings and customs regulations. We have specially trained couriers

When it’s necessary to move your shipment a long distance in a short amount
of time our Next Flight Out Service offers a great way to reduce transit time.
There are more than 1100 domestic commercial flights each day. By linking
our network of agents with these flights, we can move your shipments to
anywhere in the World within one day, in most cases.
First, we locate the airports nearest both the origin and destination. Next,
we identify the optimal flight departing and arriving at these airports and
the drive time to and from each of these airports. With this information, we
immediately dispatch the driver nearest the shipment origin. The shipment
is picked up, taken to the airport and tendered on the optimized flight. Upon
flight arrival, we retrieve your shipment and deliver it to its final destination.
NEXT FLIGHT OUT SERVICES

We provide comprehensive Dangerous Goods (DG) handling for all UN
classifications (1-9).
From packaging (including dry and wet ice) to the completion of
documentation, we can help you all the way door-to-door. All our operations
staff members are fully IATA and ADR Dangerous Goods qualified and we have
an in-house qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA).
