ASTRONOMY

Stratosat successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the Meerkat Project, consisting of 64 x 13.5m Gregorian design antennas, as the business partner of choice to the South Africa National Research Foundation in the Northern Cape near Carnarvon, with the assistance of several internal USA and European based business partners, as the precursor of the Square Kilometer Array (SKA) project for deep space observation in South Africa.
