1. INTRODUCTION

Founded in the year 1948, EM Hidromontaza is one of the major ISO 9001:2008

certified Slovenian Engineering and Construction Contracting companies with a long

standing experience in construction, maintenance and overhauling of power

generating and distribution plants, oil, gas and petrochemical plants, pipelines,

desalination plants, food processing, cement and lime plants, pulp and paper mills,

steel mills, aluminium smelter and other industrial plants.

In the last four decades, since EM Hidromontaza became export oriented, it has

gained rich experience and reputation of being an expert in the field of construction

activities. EM Hidromontaza has built projects in Algeria, Austria, Bahrain, Croatia,

Czechoslovakia, Germany, Libya, Nigeria, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Syria, Sri

Lanka, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Yugoslavia.

EM Hidromontaza's combined manpower all over the world range from skilled

workers to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil engineers, and with

advanced construction, testing, measuring and NDT equipment at its disposal.

For projects, we undertake the organization of warehousing, procurement of

equipment and material, transportation and erection of equipment, fabrication and

erection of piping, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical,

instrumentation and control equipment, welding control, insulation and corrosion

9. OFFICES, WAREHOUSE AND FABRICATION WORKSHOP

Main Office

The Company utilizes office building, situated strategically adjacent to major clients in the capital

Abu Dhabi. Our office is locates at Sheikh Zayed 2nd Street (Electra Road) at Al Hamra Center in

Suite 204B.

Site Office

Site offices are established to the specific requirements of the projects.

Warehouse

EM Hidromontaza occupies 600 square meters Warehouse in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. Besides EM

Hidromontaza occupies two Warehouses (total 1100 square meters) with Shelves and AC room,

which are set according to project needs.

Fabrication Workshop

EM Hidromontaza operates a fully equipped 600 square meters Metal fabrication workshop in

Ruwais, Abu Dhabi with all essential manpower and machinery resources.

By end of 2013, we signed agreement with Abu Dhabi Port Company for the lease of 14,900m²

plot located in KIZAD. We will start with construction of new facilities beginning of 2014 and

expecting fully operational yard by end of this year.
