The business area Power Technologies encompasses a plethora of components and systems
for high voltage, high frequency and low voltage, as well as various power supplies and drivers.
For some time now, we have been providing solutions for a multitude of applications in different
market sectors.
Thanks to the breadth of the product range, we are able to determine the ideal selection of
products from different manufacturers to suit specifi c requirements and provide a proposal for
an optimised confi guration. This way, customers can get the required products for their design
– whether a relay, a capacitor or other component – in standard or customised versions, and all
from a single supplier.
As defi nitions can vary, we at AMS Technologies defi ne high voltage as a voltage of more than
1kV. Our broad array of high voltage components comprises products for differing applications,
including AC power quality, high power RF and pulse applications.
Our RF product offering includes an exclusive selection of components for use in applications
such as antenna matching units. These are defi ned for use in the 3 to 32MHz range and are
suitable for several industrial and research application areas.

electronics, cooling of optoelectronics and cooling and temperature stabilization of reagents,

Our team of engineers has profound understanding of underlying heat transfer mechanisms
and application specific know-how and assists you in the selection of appropriate products or
creates a customized solution. Our thermal design services include thermal simulation with CFD,
prototyping and testing. Our SolidWorks CAD and CFD tools ensure smooth data exchange with
customers and suppliers.
