Last year we stated that our project - a network of 39 neighbourhood centres -

is both the largest development project in Moscow and the world’s first and unique commercial real estate format, this year

everything remains in place and the first neighbourhood centres are going to

open their doors at the end of 2018. We are creating this new kind of real estate asset class responding both to the needs of residents living in densely populated

urban areas and the latest trends in real estate and retail market, Neighbourhood Centre is the place where commerce meets

community. At the same time it enlarges the role of landlord by only providing square

meters to drive the tenant’s business, by the means of the latest technologies and direct

contact with the customer. Omnichannel sales and communications, personalized

loyalty programs and targeted deals, flexible retail formats and smaller shop sizes, closer

contact with the customer and shifting towards experiences is what we see

on retailers’ agendas today and this is reflected in our project.
