Meet Our ConsultantsNathaniel Onajite Ligbago is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Crescita Strategy Partners Ltd. He is an experienced business development consultant with passion for developing cost effective systems and strategies that drive business growth and profitability. As a dedicated professional, he brings on board an integrated business development aptitude covering strategy development, marketing & sales strategy, brand development, clients relationship management, as well as cutting-edge digital marketing expertise for designing and executing targeted marketing and sales campaigns cum solutions that deliver good ROIs to SMEs and Startups.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Benin, a Professional Certification in Market & Social Research from the School of Media & Communication, Pan Atlantic University, and a certificate in Real Estate Business Course from the School of Estate. He has also attended various career enhancing trainings & seminars.
Prior to now, he has made valuable contributions at Poise Nigeria Limited and Realty Point Limited as a results-driven business development strategist. Nathaniel is referred to as a “VIP”, Value-Driven, Idea-Oriented & Passionate Communicator; who enjoys Public Speaking and Facilitation with specialization in “Personal Branding for Success”; “Understanding the Dynamics of Business Development”; “Optimizing Employee Performance for Result”; “Mastering the Art of Digital Marketing”; “Enterprise & Employability Skills for Graduates” and resourceful consultant in Business Growth Strategy & Creative Thinking Sessions/Retreat.
Nathaniel is an accredited SME Consultant (ASMEC) and he’s awaiting his Certification as a Certified Management Consultant from Consultants Academy International. He is a recipient of the prominent “Excellence Award” by Nigerian Top Executives in the Architecture, Construction & Real Estate industry, 2015 Publication & Rating.
Meet Our ConsultantsAkinbola Arogundade is a Founding Partner of Crescita Strategy Partners Ltd. He currently leads the Business Development and Strategy Unit of Realty Point Limited, a real estate development company. Since joining the company in 2014, he has been responsible for many facets of the company's activities including building sustainable partnerships and clientele base to improve the overall performance of RPL’s top-line and bottom-line levels; sourcing capital for real estate projects; product development; real estate investment analysis; project appraisals; managing market research projects and feasibility studies; business development; increasing market share; global client relations and advisory services.
Prior to joining RPL, he worked as an Executive Real Estate Analyst with Pison Housing Company, a real estate financial and development advisory firm for about 5 years where he led the Residential Real Estate Practice of the firm and also doubled as the business development manager. While at Pison, Akin was the project manager for a World Bank funded Statewide Housing Supply Assessment for Nigeria with particular focus on Lagos, Abuja, Rivers and Ogun States.
He was also the project director of an Affordable Housing Demand Survey for Lagos State which was funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) UK. In addition to these, he executed several market research and feasibility studies, business plans, real estate investment appraisals and capital raising services for both corporate clients of the company and real estate developers. He was also an asset portfolio manager in a real estate firm and a relationship manager in the in the banking sector before joining Pison Housing Company.
Akin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos, in Estate Management and is also a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has attended and facilitated several local and international real estate and housing finance trainings, workshops and conferences particularly in Brazil, Kenya and Ghana. He is currently an M.Sc. candidate of Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK specializing in Real Estate Investment and Finance.
