Annual Report / 2019 2020 has been a challenging year. As we look back at 2019, we are grateful for clients dedicated to transforming communities, and team members who prioritize people above all else. We are grateful for the strength of our community. In difficult times we remind one another of how fortunate we are to be a part of this community. We remain full of gratitude for the healthcare professionals, essential workers, educators, and construction teams who have kept us moving forward against seemingly insurmountable odds. OUR RESPONSE With the situation changing rapidly, we’ve focused on staying flexible, taking care of our team members and clients, and doing our best to support our community. We added a Kids section on our web site, creating fun learning activities for kids of all ages. alleypoyner.com/kids We’ve participated in virtual presentations to kids, including a Virtual Career Day with Crestridge Elementary School. We organized a fun contest during Omaha Gives to encourage team members to support the organizations that need our help the most. The raffle prize was getting to create and name an ice cream at Ted & Wallys! We’ve been producing ear-savers - plastic hooks that make wearing a mask all day less painful - and distributing them to medical professionals at UNMC and various clinics around the city. OUR PEOPLE Through it all we kept a laser focus on people, and on serving the communities we call home. 2020 has been a challenging year As we look back at 2019 we are grateful for clients dedicated to transforming communities and team members who prioritize people above all else

We are grateful for the strength of our community

In difficult times we remind one another of how fortunate we are to be a part of this community We remain full of gratitude for the healthcare professionals essential workers educators and construction teams who have kept us moving forward against seemingly insurmountable odds

OUR RESPONSE
