we are equal all
TRANSCRIPT
Anyone with experience of working or living with children will know their ability to detect injustice is highly developed – “but it’s not fair” is a regular refrain. However we rarely ask them to channel this natural flair for fairness into productive and critical discussion about the nature of equality, what constitutes fair treatment, and who gets to define such standards.
During a counseling class, I talked with students of class VI A about what they would like them to do in the future. It concluded that they themselves consider to be some trades suitable for boys and others for girls only, thus the idea ingrained gender inequality.
Later we held a series of activities that we have demonstrated that both girls and boys can have the same jobs.
You can choose any
job .Just follow
your dreams and improve
your abilities.
-We are EQUAL all
-Girls and boys should have the right to do any job that makes them happy.
-It doesn't matter what gender you are, you can do anything you want as a job.
