Holland wins mayoral election
Mark Holland has won the mayoral election in Kansas City, Kan. Holland received 56 percent of the vote to Ann Mur-guia's 43 percent. When asked how it felt, Holland said, "It feels great. What a great hometown." The mayor-elect is the pastor of Trinity Community Church, Kansas City, Kan., who has served as a Unified Government commissioner at large, 1st District, for six years.
