About Us The Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Associa on (WCPA) is the statewide professional associa on of the concrete pavement industry. Since 1952, WCPA has been commi ed to represen ng the interests of our members by promo ng the benefits of concrete pavement. The members of the Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Associa on (WCPA) are Wisconsin-based contractors, cement and ready-mix producers, manufacturers, and suppliers. We are recognized as the voice of the concrete pavement industry in Wisconsin. Our office in Madison allows close communica on with the Wisconsin Department of Transporta on.
