PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL WEINSBERG CARAVANS AND MOTORHOMES:Dimensions and weight data may vary ca.+/–5% due to the natural raw materials used. Any modifications done on the vehicle by a non-authorized dealer or garage may put at risk your personal safety and lose your WEINSBERG operating licence and warranty. Please have any repairs, retrofittings or upgrades performed by only an authorized WEINSBERG dealer, and insist on original WEINSBERG parts. All prices of optional extras are only valid for new vehicles in ongoing production. Retrofittings, where technically possible, will cause additional mounting and material costs. The water supply system is minimum state of the art (03/2009) (Regulation 2002/72/EC).

WEINSBERG caravans and motorhomes come with generous permissible vehicle payload options. By means of innovative solutions - such as using high performance steel chassis and honeycomb technology on furniture - the net weight of the vehicle is low. Legal requirements stipulate that the information on the weight of a caravan or motorhome must indicate the 'mass of the vehicle in running order' and the 'maximum authorized laden mass' (regulation(EU) 1230/2012).

The mass of a WEINSBERG motorhome in 'running order' is defined as:

Mass of the empty vehicle (incl. Tool kit; in CaraCompact, CaraHome + CaraLoft without sparewheel) + Dieseltank 90% full + 75kg (Driver weight) + Liquid gas bottle 100% full + Fresh water tank * + Toilet waste tank 100% full + Fresh water boiler 100% full = mass in running order

The mass of the empty vehicle is determined by weighing a vehicle with standard equipment (excluding extras, options or package equipments; with hand tools). Please note that options, extras and packages will reduce the maximum permissible payload of a motorhome by increasing the mass of the empty vehicle. As a user of a motorhome you are required not to exceed the "maximum permissible gross weight" and the respective maximum axle loads when driving. Prices of individual packages are fixed prices and cannot be changed by additional options.
