If you encounter difficultiespaying your rent, watercharges or leaseholder servicecharges, you should contactthe Customer Finance Teamas soon as possible.
In most cases we will be able tohelp you and by making an earlyarrangement you may be able toavoid court proceedings and extracosts being incurred.
