Recruitment Pilots from other ports with similar mode of operations Tug masters with min. of 2 years experience with IRSHAD Shipboard Masters / Senior officers ex tanker vessels. Ex UAE Navy officers holding STCW II/1, (OOW) C.O.C UAE nationals Marine Officers holding STCW II/I, C.O.C and

undergoing PDP.

Training IRSHAD training program gives the candidate a great

understanding of the role of the marine pilot and in turn

will give him the skills necessary to build a successful

career within this growing industry

• Observation of Tug Operations.

• Vessel Traffic System (VTS)

• Pilotage area knowledge.

• Combination of theoretical and practical training.

• Shipboard training under the supervision of senior.
