Women and men have equal value as human beings, but different experiences and attitudes. In matters of life and death, war and peace, gender balance atall decision-making levels is crucial.

The Pew Research survey also findsthat women veterans are more critical than their male counterpartsof the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan—fully 63% say the Iraq warwas not worth fighting and 54% say Afghanistan has notbeen worth it (compared with 47% and 39% of male veterans,respectively).
