Patternless Molding Process Waukesha Foundry can expedite the production of cast components economically with our Patternless Molding Process, a necessity when an existing pattern isn’t available. Our state-of-the-art robotic cells will convert your CAD data into machine paths and machine the geometries directly into sand mold blanks. This new technology eliminates the need for conventional pattern equipment and significantly reduces costs and lead times. It is ideal for both high-volume production runs and low-volume runs that require only one or two parts at a time.
