December 1st, 2010 was Waterside’s 2nd Anniversary celebration. The celebrati ons began late af ternoon in Paddles Pub with opening remarks from Danny Joseph, V!VA Director of Marketing, recapping the highlights of the opening of the Waterside in 2008. Danny congratu lated and thanked Community and Team Members for making our retirement community the wonderful place it is today. Presentations to Team Members being honored for their years of service were presented by Valerie Danis, Acting Community Director. The real par ty began once the Pub opened and musical entertainment provided by The Diplomats started. A surprise guest from the North Pole even brought along a little sprinkle of snow. Everyone enjoyed a taste of our wonderful culinary treats as tast y appetizers circled the room. The evening was full of laughter, dancing, chatter and people relaxing amongst friends and family. A GREAT BIG thank you to all Team Members who played a part in making our anniversary event another one to be talked about for years to come. See you all next year as we celebrate our 3rd year of successes and accomplishments!
