TERRACO WEATHERCOAT GP (2 component - elastomeric water proofing) is a high quality, versatile permanent waterproofing system for roofs, facades, swimming pools, cementitious water tanks, foundations and more. TERRACO WEATHERCOAT GP has long-life flexibility and is ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. After drying can be walked upon uncovered. After application the TERRACO WEATHERCOAT GP system has high resistance to atmospheric pollution, UV light.

TERRACO WEATHERCOAT 111 (1 component - polymer modified cementitious water proof coating) is an economical, permanent waterproofing system for concrete and masonry. It is ideal for use in areas which are dimensionally stable such as foundations and retaining walls etc. It is applied in 2 - 3 coat application.

Features and benefits:• Seamless permanent waterproofing.• Excellent abrasion resistance.• Weather resistant. • Excellent adhesion properties to new and old surfaces.• Flexible.• Vapour permeable.• Cement mortars adhere to it.• Eliminates efflorescence that results from ingress of water from backfill.• Eliminates saponification that attacks surface paints.• Consistant polymer / cement ratio.• Easy application.• Possible to fix directly on top of tiles.

Method of Application:• Apply 1 coat of TERRABOND A (Diluted 1:3 with water) by brush / roller as a primer coat.• Apply 1 coat of WEATHERCOAT 111.• Embed a layer of glass fibre mesh into those areas which require reinforcement.• Allow to dry for 3 hours.• Apply a 2nd coat of WEATHERCOAT 111.• Total thickness : ±2mm.

ENVIRONMENTALLYFRIENDLY

TERRACO TERRACRETE (2 component - acrylic modified cement based waterproof slurry coat) is a waterproof coating which requires only simple site mixing prior to application. Once dry, it forms a strong, flexible waterproof coating. TERRACRETE is an effective barrier to water and inhibits the passage of salts and CO2 gas.

Method of Application:• Apply 1 coat of TERRABOND A (Diluted 1:3 with water) as a primer coat.• Apply 1 coat of TERRACRETE.• Embed a layer of glass fibre mesh into those areas which require reinforcement.• Allow to dry for 3 hours.• Apply a 2nd coat of TERRACRETE.• Total thickness : ±2mm.

ENVIRONMENTALLYFRIENDLY

Features and benefits:• Waterproof and weatherproof coating.• Allows surface to breathe while remaining strongly anchored to the substrate.• Provides a seamless coating.• High flexibility.• Fast drying.• Reflects Ultra-Violet (light) rays.• Easy application.

Method of Application:• Porous substrates: Apply 1 coat of PENETRATING PRIMER or a solution of TERRABOND A (Diluted 1:3 with water) as a primer coat.• Apply 1 coat of FLEXICOAT (1 – 2 m² / ltr).• Embed a layer of glass fibre mesh into those areas which require reinforcement.• Allow to dry for 6 hours.• Apply a 2nd coat of FLEXICOAT.

TERRACO FLEXICOAT is an elastomeric acrylic waterproof coating providing excellent weather resistance. TERRACO FLEXICOAT has long life flexibility and is ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions. After drying, the surface can be walked upon uncovered.

TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is a one pack, economical roof coating providing excellent weather resistance. TERRACO MAXI ROOF COATING is designed for application on roofs constructed from a wide variety of materials like concrete, light weight concrete, roof tiles, wood, galvaniced steel and cement fibre boards.

ENVIRONMENTALLYFRIENDLY

Terraco Pluggit 311 is a one-component rapid setting repair mortar which is used to stop water leakages in concrete and masonry where running water or mois-ture seepage is present. Terraco Pluggit 311 is shrink-age compensated and hence creates a watertight repair even under constant water pressure. It is suitable for use to fill static cracks and holes in founda-tions, tunnels, reservoirs, sewerage pipes, basements, water tanks, etc.

Features and benefits:• Rapid setting formulation.• Shrinkage compensated. • One-component easy to use compound. • Chloride-free, corrosion-free compound. • High early strength properties. • Sets above and below water.

Method of Application:For wet application - remove any standing water from the repair area. For dry application - moisten substrate before application of Pluggit 311. Then proceed as follows:

• Mix a required quantity with water to form a stiff paste.• Only mix sufficient material and use within 1-2 minutes. • Do not mix for more than 30 seconds.• Press paste into damaged area and hold in place until set. • Terraco Pluggit 311 will set in 3-5 minutes.• Once set remove excess material by cutting surface with a trowel.
