CCW MiraDRI 860/861 are self-adhering sheetmembranes consisting of 56 mils (1.4 mm) of rub-berized asphalt laminated to 4 mils (0.1 mm) of poly-ethylene to form a minimum 60 mil (1.5 mm)membrane. CCW MiraDRI 860 membrane is a sum-mer grade material, suitable for installations wherethe ambient temperature is 40°F (4.4°C) or above.CCW MiraDRI 861 shouls be used for applicationsbetween 25°F (-3.9°C) and 65°F (18°C). The combi-nation of these two excellent waterproofing materialsprovides a high-performance, extremely durablewaterproofing barrier.

CCW MiraDRI 860/861 membranes are used forvertical and horizontal waterproofing on structuralfoundation walls and decks. Below-grade founda-tion walls, tunnels, split slabs, plaza decks and park-ing decks are all areas where CCW MiraDRI 806/861 may be applied. CCW MiraDRI 860/861 alsomay be used in interior areas such as mechanicalrooms, laboratories, kitchens and bathrooms. CCWMiraDRI 860/861 should be covered with eitherCCW 200V/300HV Protection Course, CCW Protec-tion Board or CCW MiraDRAIN® drainage compos-ites.

Typical UsesCCW-704 Mastic is used as a secondary seal on theseams, T-joints, overlaps and other teminations/pen-etrations of the CCW sheet membrane systems. Itis designed for use on the top surface and edges ofthe CCW Sheet Membrane and should never beused underneath the membrane.

CCW-PrimerFor Use with Sheet MembranesCCW-702 is a quick drying, solvent based, high-tackprimer specifically designed to promote maximumadhesion of CCW Sheet Membrane Waterproofingproducts.

Apply by long nap roller or brush in an even film at300 to 350 square feet per gallon. Allow Primer todry for 20 minutes minimum at 75°F. Primer has asatisfactory cure when surface is tacky, but will nottransfer when touched. Prime only areas to bewaterproofed the same day. Reprime if areabecomes dirty or wet. When used in adverse cli-mactic conditions (i.e. humid, cool, etc.) or on aporous substrate, additional time will be required.

CCW LM-800XLLiquid MasticCCW LM-800XL Liquid Mastic is a fast-drying elas-tomeric, single component, cold-applied liquid.

Typical UsesCCW LM-800XL is an accessory product used inconjunction with CCW MiraDRI 860/861 mem-branes. CCW LM-800XL is designed to be used asa fillet and reinforcement under CCW MiraDRI 860/861 membranes at footing foundation wall juncturesor other inside corners; and between footing andfoundations when tying in slab waterproofing withthe foundation wall. Other applications include termi-nations and flashing to protrusions from horizontaland vertical surfaces; terminations at drains; anddetailing of the substrate prior to CCW MiraDRI 860/961 membrane application.

ApplicationCCW LM-800XL should be applied directly from thegallon with a putty knife at 40 to 50 mil thicknessunless otherwise specified. When used as a filletunder CCW MiraDRI 860/861, use a 3/4” (1.9cm) fil-let and continue the CCW LM-800XL out 6” (15cm)in each direction. At membrane terminations, use60 mils of CCW LM-800XL as a flashing and applyminimum of 2” (5cm) wide over the CCW mem-brane, and minimum of 1” (2.5cm) onto the surfacebeing waterproofed. CCW MiraDRI 860/961 can beplaced over CCW LM-800XL within one hour. AllowCCW LM-800XL to cure 24 hours before flood test-ing. Do not use CCW LM-800XL in applicationssubject to more than 57.8 ft (17.6) head of water.Coverage rate at 3/4” fillet is 20’ per 29 oz tube.Coverage rate at 40 to 50 mil is 20 to 25 sq. ft. pergallon.

For difficult to waterproof belowgrade substrates, Barricoat-S is thesolution. Barricoat-S consists of awater-based modified asphalt emul-sion, which is catalyzed to form aseamless, monolithic waterproofingmembrane. Perfect for large jobs,Barricoat-S utilizes a convenientspray delivery system that providesa fast application with high mobilitywhich improves overall job site effi-ciency. Barricoat-S can also beapplied to green concrete and dampsurfaces, which reduces job sitedown time.

CCW-500R Reinforced Hot-Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane

CCW-500 is a single component, hot-applied,rubberized asphalt compound that cures toform a strong, flexible, fully adhered, mono-lithic waterproofing and roofing membrane.The double-layer, reinforced CCW-500R sys-tem adheres tenaciously to virtually any struc-tural surface, vertical or horizontal, to assurethat water will not migrate beneath the mem-brane in the event of physical damage. CCW-500R allows for applications on a wide varietyof substrate conditions and enhances crackbridging capability.
