Looking at the installation, a single unit with very compact dimensions can both do heating and cooling.Differently from boilers it does not need special rooms or a fl ue.The result is space saving and less cost of installation (building work, etc…)

• When we consider safety, once there is no need of fuel anymore, there is no risk of gas leaks and fi re risk, consequence of combu-stible fl uids store.

• If we look at the environmental side, geothermal energy is a widely recognised important resource. It is a renewable, clean and free source of energy which is available everywhere.

CO2 and other pollutant emissions (NOx, PM10, particulates and fi ne dust) are limited).

• About running costs, it is very well known that geothermal pumps can save up to 80% in comparison with diesel and up too 60% in comparison with methane gas.

The GEOCOOLING option provides the air conditioning directly using the water from the geothermal probe, reducing costs to zero.

• Looking at the maintenance side, it is possible to cancel fl ue cleaning and burner inspection costs.

From the above, we can see that the initial cost is amortised in 2 to 6 years at most, depending on the type of system used for comparison.

WHY GEOTHERMAL?

Analizand instalatia, o singura unitate cu dimensiuni foarte compacte poate sa incalzeasca si sa raceasca in acelasi timp. In comparatie cu boilerele, aceasta nu necesita camere speciale de depozitare sau teava de gaze. Rezultatul este spatiul salvat si mai putine costuri de instalare (constructii, etc...)

Cand luam in considerare siguranta, din moment ce nu mai este nevoie de combustibil, nu exista riscul scurgerilor de gaze sau a incendiilor, ca urmare a licidelor combustibile stocate.

In ceea ce priveste partea de mediu inconjurator, energia geotermala este o sursa foarte importanta recunoscutape scara larga. Este o sursa regenerabila, curata si totodata o sursa de energie disponibila peste tot. Dioxidul de carbon(CO2) si celelalte emisii poluante (NOx, PM10, particule fine de praf) sunt limitate.

In ceea ce priveste costurile de functionare, este foarte cunoscut faptul ca pompele geotermale pot economisi pana la 80% in comparatie cu cele diesel si pana la 60% in comparatiecu gazul metan. Optiunea GEOCOOLING furnizeaza aer conditionat , folosind in mod direct apa din sondele geotermale, reducand costurile la zero.
