How the SciCHLOR® Works: Hypochlorite is generated through a balance of brine and is dependent on solution consumption. The system creates 2%-13% salinity - 0.8% optimum brine for the automatic production of chlorine:

1.) Connect to a water source and set the pump to “AUTO”. Add salt in the brine tank to reach salt water saturation. Turn “ON” power switch.

2.) Chlorine production will begin immediately.

3.) The SciCELL® system with the Control Panel uses an automatic recirculation method to provide consistent strength and minimal operator attention. After ~5 hours, the solution will have reached optimum concentration of desired strength. As the chlorine is used, the water will automatically refi ll the brine tank. If no solution is used, the system will shut off to save power.

Scienco® SciBRINE® Brinemakers use advantages of down-fl ow processes to ensure consistent, near saturated brine with easy maintenance. Standard with Levetrol® SR “Smart Relay” controllers to automate salt/water levels, alerts for high/low water level alarms, etc. Any watertight tank can be used; however, fi lament-wound, reinforced, corrosive-free fi berglass is recommended for the greatest combination of strength, durability, and economy. Types of salts can be used (rock, solar, or granular food grade), but will affect this sizing of system.

Scienco® SciCHLOR® sodium hypochlorite generator maintains effective, reliable disinfection at an affordable cost with long SciCELL® life and easy maintenance.

The SciCHLOR® System includes brine tank(s), chlorine storage tank(s), control panel, multi-pass SciCELL®

unit, and recirculation pump to allow the system to AUTOMATICALLY run at the optimum salinity and increase power effi ciency. The design of the SciCELL® creates a uniform chemical reaction, which extends the cell life.

SCIENCO® SciCHLOR® Sodium Hypochlorite Generator with SciCELL® technology is a fully automated, pre-packaged on-site hypochlorite system designed for economical installation, safe operation and easy maintenance to SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY make chlorine on demand. Using a recirculation method to concentrate a brine solution, the SciCHLOR® system can produce up to a 0.8% strength hypochlorite [below the hazardous material threshold of 1%]. Systems are shipped completely piped, wired and tested.

Generating an optimum 0.8% sodium hypochlorite solution through the electrolysis of brine (salt and water) and electricity. By producing hypochlorite on-site and on-demand, the system eliminates concerns associated with transportation and storage of li�uefi ed chlorine gas or commercial sodium hypochlorite solutions, making it ideal for any application re�uiring chlorination.
