More than a fooD

During water purification, only about 10 % of the harmful

substances present in the water are actually eliminated.

Drinking water is subject to stringent continuous

control. Thus, direct health-related damage can be

excluded.

However, very many fine-matter pollutants are not

caught and filtered out. They remain in the water and

can cause long-term health damage under certain

circumstances.

That means the resorption capability of the water is

greatly reduced. Drinking water contaminated in this

way can only fulfil its metabolic function of cleansing

the organs to a very limited extent. The substances

remaining in the water tie up a large percentage of these

natural resorption capacities. Complete cleansing of the

organism does not take place.

The micro-pore filter of the Aqua-Q (pore size 0.0001

µm) filters thousands of different harmful substances out

of the drinking water, instead of the usual few hundred.

This creates absorptive water – as a very pure medium –

The quality of water is of major importance for infants and babies.Water for children should contain as few minerals and

foreign substances as possible. The growth phases of

babies and very young children places enormous stress

on their bodies. The influx of inorganic substances

leads to unnecessary additional stresses – especially

of the kidneys. Contaminated drinking water affects

the biochemical processes in the organism and, in the

Much more advisable is to assure the supply of

PrinciPle of reverse osMosis

Osmosis is one of the fundamental principles of nature.

Plants use osmosis to get water from the ground.

In the human body, osmosis serves the exchange

of substances through the cell membrane. Reverse

osmosis imitates the natural principle.

It runs without any chemical or electrical effect on the

water. The water carrying harmful substances is pressed

through a semi-permeable membrane at high pressure

to overcome the osmotic pressure.

Unlike osmosis, there is no concentration equilibrium

reached in this process. Rather the harmful substance

molecules remain concentrated in the original liquid,

while the purest water passes through the semi-

permeable membrane and can be tapped.

The process comes into play in seawater desalination

plants on land, on ships and in submarines and

aerospace for the production of drinking water. It is

also used for the concentration of carrier liquids, e.g. in

the production of fruit juice concentrates and in wine

fermentation.

that every chemical substance in water leaves an

contamination. Even after physical cleaning, information

the form of negative frequencies and affects the human
