Potable Water ComponentsModeHydro

Flexible Water Tubing & Hose HydroMode™ polyethylene (PE) tubing is designed for use with potable water and beverages. This tubing is NSF-61 approved and works well with HydroMode push-to-connect fittings.

HydroMode™ hose is manufactured with polyester spiraled yarn which allows higher working pressures. It complies with FDA regulations, and is Phthalate Free and NSF 61® certified for use in potable water and food beverage applications. It provides good chemical resistance, is lightweight, flexible and economically priced.

Lead Free Brass Adapter FittingsHydroMode™lead free brass fittings are designed for use in potable water and beverage applications. These hose barb adapters work well with PVC hose and stainless steel hose clamps.

Special Purpose Push-to-Connect Water FittingsIn addition to push-to-connect convenience, HydroMode special purpose water fittings also provide additional functionality. Check valves allow flow in only one direction; hand valves allow manual shut off of the flow. Designed for potable water and beverages, these fittings are NSF-51 and NSF-61 certified, and are rated for up to 145psi at 70 degrees C (158F).

Hose ClampsHose clamps are used to attach hose securely to barbed fittings and other devices. Available in plated steel ‘2-ear’ and stainless steel ‘interlocking ear’ styles, these hose clamps work well with HydroMode PVC hose and lead-free fittings. Hose clamp crimping tools are available to crimp both styles of clamps firmly in place.

Food Grade - FR Series Regulators

HydroMode™ FR Series Food Grade Regulators are compact units that provide economical, high performance pressure regulation of drinkable water. The highly sensitive diaphragm-operated design delivers accurate downstream pressure and the molded rubber supply valve provides precise regulation while helping to prevent leakage. Materials in contact with water are approved by National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in potable water systems. All elastomers used in their construction are food grade.

HydroMode push-to-connect fittings are designed to work with potable water and beverages. Installing or removing flexible tubing is quick and easy. All fittings are made of NSF approved materials with NSF-51® and NSF-61® certifications. The body and collet of the fittings are made from polyoxymethylene (POM) also known as acetal, while the o-rings are made from ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) which is a type of synthetic rubber.
