In addition, all Waste Management of Orange County operations will be closed, including transfer stations in Irvine and Orange, on Monday, Sept. 1, with normal operations resuming on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Customers in the following updated cities list should place their carts out for pick-up one day later than usual, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2 through Saturday, Sept. 6: Santa Ana Irvine La Habra Laguna Beach Mission Viejo Communities in unincorporated Orange County, including Coto de Caza, Cowan Heights, Emerald Bay, Las Flores, Lemon Heights, Modjeska Canyon, North Tustin, Orange Park Acres, Silverado Canyon and Trabuco Canyon “We appreciate our customers’ cooperation with the holiday schedule so that our dedicated employees can spend time with their families,” said Darrell Kato, director of operations for Waste Management of Southern California. “We also want to thank our employees for their contributions towards protecting the environment.
