TechnicCubeA TechnicCube supplies up to eightCleaningCubes. The demand of con-nected CleaningCubes is adjusted tothefanoutputinuptofourlevels.

The principleLUBING CleaningCubes are a modu-lar two-level system for waste air pu-rification of pig houses, where the chemical stage adjusts to the current air rate. The optional downstream biological stage is responsible for re-duction of smell, and is always fully in operation in order to permit even growth of the biology. The methodLUBING CleaningCubes switch a de-dicated ChemCube downstream of every exhaust fan, in order to wash dust and ammonia from the exhaust air. For this, acidic washing water (pH 3.5) is sprayed when the air en-ters the ChemCube already, in order to use the entire available space with the accordingly long contact times. Subsequently, a washing is applied across a 20 cm strong plastic pad. A droplet separator is then used to re-move drops carried from the air. The ChemCube is only in operation if the associated fan is in operation as well. Adjustment of the size of the chemi-cal stage to the air rate is possible, so that only very little water needs to be recirculated in small air rates and the operating costs will reduce according-ly. The optional subsequent BioCube ensures efficient and operating-costs-reducing smell reduction with root wood. In order to permit even growth of biology, all BioCubes are coupled with each other, so that the entire root-wood wall is charged with air.
ApplicationThe waste air purification is intended for use in pig houses. This can be used easily both in new buildings and in existing stables.
The system is supplied in prefabri-cated parts. This achieves a very low transport volume so that no heavy transport is required. All necessary welds are already placed so that the CleaningCubes can be set up by sim-ple connection and screwing on site. A major part of the work can also be done by the customer himself.
