The project supports the ongoing reforestation efforts of the City to maintain and preserve L.A.’s parks, which over the past few years have faced decline due to die out and climate issues. JUSTIN TIME: Congratulations to Dodger minor league right-hander Justin DeFratus, who this week was named Double-A Texas League Pitcher of the Week after a week in which he did not allow an earned run in two starts (11.1 IP) for Double-A Tulsa, including a 6.0-inning scoreless performance on April 7.
