In July 2004 Alwyn was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer. After a long battle, and

intensive chemotherapy, Alwyn was pronounced in full clinical remission as of March

2005. Unfortunately the cancer returned in March 2006 and Alwyn again was treated

with very aggressive chemotherapy and this time underwent an autologous stem cell

transplant.

Alwyn is currently living in Stevenson Ranch, California with his wife Rachel.

6 Day Weight Loss Protocol: Official Warp Speed Fat Loss System Add-On

The 6 Day Weight Loss Protocol is the perfect add-on to the Warp Speed Fat Loss System

because it will allow you to further accentuate the ground breaking fat loss that you will

achieve during your 28 days with Warp Speed Fat Loss. The 6 Day Weight Loss Protocol

is something that I have been developing and honing for the past 15years.

At our gym, Results Fitness, I work with lots of different athletes from wrestlers to

MMA fighters to boxers to powerlifters that need to show up on a certain day at a

certain weight. Through the manipulations of water and sodium with the addition of

specific herbs and minerals I can consistently help these athletes lose 5-10% of their

body weight in just 6 days. Let’s put that into some real numbers. One of my athletes

show up to my gym on Sunday at 200lbs and they weigh in at their event on Friday at

180lbs.

Granted a 10% drop in bodyweight is a lot (especially in just 6 days) and it may freak you

out - don’t worry. I’m not saying you need to use this to that extent. Instead I have

tweaked my system to be a little more “user friendly”. On the next page you will find a

one page cheat sheet that you can put into action during the last week of the Warp

Speed Fat Loss program or you can do it starting the week after you finish the Warp

Speed Fat Loss program (i.e. start on day 29).

It is also important to know that on day 6 of this program you will be at your lowest

weight but if you start drinking water, getting electrolytes, and eating some carbs on the

evening of day 6 your muscles will literally swell overnight as they will get stuffed with

carbs and water. This means that as long as you don’t over do the carbs and calories on

Friday afternoon and evening when you wake up on Saturday you weight will be up but

you will look incredible (keep that in mind if you want to “peak” for a day at the beach).

Sodium

Thursday to Monday before peaking: high sodium

Monday: Low Sodium

Tuesday: No added Sodium

Wednesday: NO sodium, no salt added to your food and you will also need to boil your

chicken or steak before you grill or bake it. (Note: Boiling it will remove some of the salt

- especially any chicken that may have been stored in a salty broth. Most chicken,

especially if you buy it frozen is stored this ways).

Thursday: Same as Wednesday

Friday: NO Sodium until you make weight (or “unveil”)

Water Intake

Sunday: 3-4 Gallons Minimum

Monday: 3-4 Gallons Minimum

Tuesday: 3-4 Gallons Minimum

Wednesday: 1/2 Gallon

Thursday: 2-4oz with each meal. No water after 6pm

Friday: No water until you "unveil" !!!

Natural Diuretic

Monday: 6 caps AM and PM

Tuesday:6 caps AM and PM

Wednesday: 6 caps AM and PM

Thursday: 6 caps AM and PM

Friday 6 caps AM

Notes:

1. In the final two weeks before you start the 6 Day Rapid weight loss protocol your

dietary sodium should be increased to a higher level than usual.

2. This protocol assumes a Friday "unveiling".

3. For a natural diuretic we use Dry Shred (just google it).
