WALLY’S WONDERFULLY WACKY BACHELOR CHALLENGE OF NOT SO MUCH APOCALYPTIC DOOM!!!

Featuring: Wally Doran

So, I promised myself, and others, that when I reached the end of my Apoc that I would make it up to Wally (who was one of my

favorites) by giving him a bachelor challenge featuring simselves. Then he, and the simself who won, would be brought over into my

OWBC hood where they and their kids would interact with my current challenge sims. I took volunteers from the simselves with the

only caveat that they couldn’t be hooked up with a sim in the OWBC hood. Simply because I didn’t think they could handle having two

loves at once, not that some of them don’t try.

Just so you all know, this is not going to even attempt to be well shot or written. This was done purely for fun and considering that

most everyone already knows the results this account is mostly for shits and giggles.

So here are the lucky bachelorettes who have a chance of getting the nummy Wally Doran:

Let’s get started shall we? And I’m gonna jump right in, because I can!

Katy: So I heard you lifted Law, huh?

Wally: Yup!

Katy: So how’d that work out for you?

Wally: It didn’t.

Katy: Well, I think I’ve killed this conversation.

Wally: Yup!

Rose is the first to admire Wally’s fine form. Wally doesn’t really seem to know what to make of it. He’d better get used to it.

Because Lauri’s gonna do the same thing.

Rose then makes Wally happy by talking to him about how logical he was. Apparently he was rolling the want to talk to someone.

She was just lucky enough to engage him in a chat.

And then she pushes her luck by going in for the Friendly Hug. But Wally didn’t reject her, like I expected him to. That’s just

because Wally loves everyone like that and will never turn down a friendly hug ever.

He also can’t resist the lure of the poker table.

Fire: Maybe we should handcuff him and have our way with him.

Wally: I’m down with that.

Fire: Eeep!

Jamie: Really?

Katy: REALLY?!

Lily: You know this isn’t going to win us the bachelor.

Marina: Oh I like to play hard to get.

Lily: How’s that working for you?

Marina: Check.

Wally laid out the buffet and then spent every meal eating chef salad – something he ate all the time in the apocalypse. I am

guessing he is one of those people who only sticks with what he knows.

Note that Jamie is doing her best to ignore Wally. I think that she is trying to tell me something.

After lunch, Katy cornered Wally to discuss the merits of Chili. I believe that Don was mentioned along with what kinds of cheeses

go best with chili.

Rose: You aren’t going to get him to kiss you that way!

Katy: Well, neither are you!

Wally: So are you even from this planet? Because your looks are out of this world!

Marina: Really! No one’s ever said that to me before.

Wally: That is truly a sad thing.

Wally: And you, Lauri, must be from the sun because you are totally hot!

Lauri: Oh my!

Marina: He said I’m out of this world…

Wally’s got a thing for the ladies and men, but I forgot he randomized as bi before I did this so we are ignoring that.

Rose: TICKLE TIEM!!!

Wally: YAY!

Wally wandered off to play pool and Lauri, Fire, and Rose stalked him to join.

Wally most of the time acts like a goof and when he tries to act hot he looks even goofier.

Rose: The view is fine from right here…

Wally: Are you sure, the balls don’t line up quite right to me.

Rose: They are lining up just fine here… Oh yeah…

I make Wally quit his job as the Law so he can concentrate on the challenge and Lauri decides that this is the best time to tell him

he is hot.

Not like I blame him, a man who puts romance over work is kind of sexy.

Wally: TICKLE TIEM REVENGE!

Rose: Bring it!

Rose: By the way, you are hot when you tickle me.

Wally: Just then?

Rose: Maybe.

Wally: How about now?

Rose: Now’s good too.

Katy, I think Wally likes a woman who isn’t afraid to walk around in her undies. He was stalking you until you sat down at the poker

table.

Which opened the door for other simselves.

Marina: Maybe you should but some clothes on.

Wally: Me?

Lauri: You so totally don’t have to.

Rose: I’m with her.

Wally: So you like me half-nude?

Rose: Is “Yes” an appropriate answer?

Wally: Yes.

Rose: Then, yes.

Marina: Antisocial?

Lauri: I want a skill point…

Marina: Is that is what they are calling it these days? Personally I prefer to think of it as playing hard to get.

Wally: So this is where you’re hiding.

Marina: Yep, you found me!

Wally: I’d thought you’d gotten lost.

Marina: Nope, why would you think that.

Wally: Because you’re always running away.

Marina: Oh, Wally, you’re so silly. Why would I run away from you?

Wally: That’s what’d I’d like to know.

Marina wasn’t the only one avoiding the bachelor, Fire was doing her damnedest to find the least populated place and stay there.

However she did manage to get to know the bachelor better than Jamie who is our first simself to go home.

Marina: You’re going to miss the kissing.

Jamie: Hmm? There’s a sale at Penney’s! I am out of here.

Bye, Jamie!

Day 2:

The first day of the hot tub dates. Mmmm… I could look at this picture all day… But then I wouldn’t get anything done so…

Fire, Lily and Rose were the lucky girls who made it into Wally’s tub.

While Katy showed off her outgoing points in the loser tub.

Lily: I’m glad Lark didn’t recycle any of the crappy naked truth puns.

Rose: Me too.

Wally: What are you talking about?

Lauri: Wally’s hot when he talks about oil.

Katy: What are you on about, Wally’s hot in general.

Marina: Oh yeah.

Rose: Can we just move on to the kissing all ready? These dates are boring.

Wally: I’d like that.

Fire: Me too.

Rose: You haven’t have him.

Lily: Jealous much?

Rose: Oh you two are going down!

Lauri: You’re really hot in your suit.

Lily: Oh yeah! Vaddi bobo!

Wally: So your thought bubble tells me.

Fire: The Butler will die!

I don’t know what he did to piss you off, Fire. The only thing I could think of is that he cleaned something you wanted to.

Wally then moved on to the chats.

Wally: So, Kissing?

Lauri: If you’re offering, I’m buying.

Wally: Kissing?

Fire: Oh I hope I get to stick around for those. If I don’t die of embarrassment first.

Wally: Don’t die. It’s pretty boring. I would know. I was dead for a while.

Fire: Really?

Wally: I got better.

Fire: I’m glad.

Wally: Sports!

Rose: If they’re with you, I’m cool with it.

Fire: Wally is hot when I am running away from him.

Wally: Public Speaking?

Rose: Oh hell no!

Wally: Do not like.

Wally: I like things to be peaceful. I’ve had enough Apocalypses to last me a lifetime.

Lily. I don’t blame you.

Rose: Babies! Wally babies!

Wally: Kissing?

Katy: Ha ha! No. You don’t have a beard.

Wally: I need a beard? Why?

Katy: Beards make everything better.

Marina: Well I like singing. Nursery rhymes are fun. Like the kind I would sing to our kid.

Wally: Okay… I’m more of a sports person myself.

Rose: Don’t mind me. Just stalking my obsession… And Juggling.

Wally: So do you think you would enjoy sport? With me, I mean.

Marina: I think that would be fun.

Wally: And don’t think I didn’t notice you over here. It’s kind of cute that you like to stalk me.

Rose: You think I’m cute?

Wally: Yup!

And just to be annoying, Rose threw me her hearts after Wally. Where is the synchronization?!

Wally: Flirt?

Lauri: Yes, Please!

And there’s my synchronization.

Wally: I like your undies.

Katy: Thanks I like them too.

Wally: Oh shiny and silky.

Fire: Hee! That tickles!

Wally: I can has flirt now?

Lily: You can!

Lily: I would like to congratulate you for being awesome!

Wally: Thanks!

Lily: Can I have a hug now?

Wally: Only if you initiate it. I’m on free will for the rest of the day.

Marina: Congrats on being hot.

Wally: Thanks. Is this ever gonna stop?

Marina: Nope!

Wally: Cool.

Rose: I am so glad I didn’t townify my CC could you imagine having to go through an apocalypse with your butt-crack showing?

Wally: Actually, yes I can imagine. Remember. I’m an apocalypse sim.

Rose: Why, yes. Yes, you are. And a hot one too.

Wally: Is everyone going to do this?

Lauri: Get used to it.

Rose: Well, I can dance with you if you want.

Wally: Okay.

Lauri: *Cues up ‘Tell Joke’*

Lauri: *Cues up ‘Congratulate’*

Lauri: Damn. Why didn’t I think of that?!

Then while Lauri congratulates Wally on being hot and thinks of what she can do to get engaged to him. Rose, meanwhile, is

thinking of ways to keep Lauri away from “Her” man.

And she is not above using force if necessary.

Marina: Can’t we just talk about it?

Rose: NO! WALLY’S MINE!!!!

Lauri: Capslock, much?

Since the girls were ignoring him, Wally wandered off and found Lily.

Wally: Tickle time!

Lauri: Okay I propose a truce. Whoever gets to 100/100 first wins if we tie.

Rose: Deal. But that’s assuming we tie.

Lauri: Agreed.

Lauri: Why do I have a hunch that I just made a bad deal?

Rose: Because you did.

Lauri: The challenge isn’t over, yet.

Marina: Kissing TIEM NAO?

Marina: … Nao?

Lauri: I think Wally should be married to me.

Lauri: Congrats on being hot while kissing another woman.

Wally: Uh. Thanks. So Backrub?

Lauri: Oh Yeah.

Lauri: Distraction Chat go!

Rose: Ha! You cannot distract me from making Besties with Wally.

Rose: +4000 for Katy going home.

Katy: Gee, thanks guys.

Then we came to the really boring chess dates.

Everyone remaining is too nice to cheat.

In fact, the only interesting thing was Rose’s attempts to stalk the bachelor during the dates.

She hovered…

Then pounced…

Then hovered…

Lauri: Congrats on getting the first kiss with Wally.

Rose: Thanks. But I need to get back to my stalking…

And she hovered some more.

Thankfully, the chess dates were over quickly. And we could move on to other things.

Like Dinner…

And then the after dinner flirts…

Fire was up first…

Followed by Rose, who was hovering.

Then Marina…

Who was nice enough to throw us synchronized crushes.

Then we had Lauri…

Note: Rose is hovering…

And finally we have Lily…

Who also throws us a double crush.

But Rose wasn’t about to let Lily, or anyone, get a leg up on her swooped in for a Dance kiss.

Much to Lauri’s Chagrin…

Marina: Okay. I can do this. I can catch the ball.

Wally: You sure?

Marina: Yeah.

Wally: Okay!

Marina: Damn. Trying again…

Lauri, realizing that if she wanted to beat Rose she would need to step up her game. So she seemingly decided to sacrifice

everything in order to be near/with the bachelor.

Lauri: You’re looking really hot in your undies.

Wally: Gee thanks.

Rose: Congrats on getting a better rep with the Bachelor. I wouldn’t want to run away with this thing.

Lauri: Thanks…

Rose: You aren’t going to pee on my feet are you?

Lauri: I don’t think so.

Rose: There’s a bathroom right behind the door there.

Lauri: Can’t I might miss my opening.

Wally: Okay… This is some dedication…

Wally: You know you could go to the bathroom now, Lauri. Nothing’s gonna happen while I am tossing a football.

Lauri: Might… Miss… My… Chance…

Wally: Okay. So you want to play?

Lauri: Yes.

Wally: I thought she wanted to play catch.

Rose: She did. But I think something else caught up with her.

Lauri: Gotta pee!!!

While Lauri was taking care of Bodily functions, Fire used the time to try to play catch up. It was as if she knew she was going home

unless she stepped up her game.

And step it up she did.

Lauri: You know, she only has to beat you to stick around, Lily.

Lily: No worries. She doesn’t have a crush yet. I’m safe.

Lauri: Okay…

Rose: I admire your perseverance, Fire. But let the master show you how it is really done…

Wally: Yay! Snuggle time!!!

Lauri: I like snuggles.

Rose: Excuse me… There’s something that I want to do…

Wally: I like a woman who takes control.

Rose: Then shut up and kiss me.

Wally: Yes, Ma’am!

Lauri: I see Rose has been giving lessons on how to stalk the bachelor.

Lauri: Awww… Crap. Now Lily’s going to be the one going home.

Lauri: Isn’t there someone you should be waving goodbye to?

Fire: Oh that feels lovely Wally, don’t stop.

Lauri: I don’t know why I even bother.

I missed getting a picture of Lily leaving but you can kind of see why.

Rose: Ahhh I love the smell of Denial in the morning…

Up for today were the share interests chats. As you can see, I think Wally really only has one thing on his mind.

He talked custom content with Rose…

The environment with Marina…

And money with Fire… Either that or giant pats of butter… Both would work. Wally is a man of many tastes…

Although apparently butter is not one of them…

This is the first time I’ve seen a share interests fail… And it was with uber laid back Wally too…

After the chats it was time for dinner…

Followed by free will time…

At this point, two simselves were set to fall in love with Wally – the point that ACR would make them jealous. I don’t relish having

Wally slapped so I wasn’t going to do the flirts right away. BTW just so you all know, ACR autonomy was turned off during all of this.

You should thank me for that…

Although if he or the simselves do things on their own… Well I can’t stop them.

Luckily, the night seemed to pass without incident…

And the morning brought hope and companionship.

Still I couldn’t put it off any longer. The Flirts must go on…

Up first was Marina…

Who was more than happy to accept what was thrown at her.

Then even a cockblocking Rose couldn’t get between Fire and Wally…

And the two were soon best friends…

Then we got a mutual love out of Lauri…

Then it was time to find Rose…

One quick butt grab and the hearts went flying…

The really danger time was afoot. Time for free will again…

However, my sims decided that anti-climatic was the way to go and spent the rest of the morning playing poker.

By the time noon rolled around, Marina still hadn’t managed to catch up to Fire and she was sent home…

Marina: At least I didn’t go home last.

The day started off really boringly. A hot tub date where nothing happened and the scores didn’t change. Followed by dinner…

After dinner was when things started heating up…

Up first for the kissing was Fire...

Then she reciprocated by asking Wally to dance…

Since it was clear that they weren’t going to get interrupted, Wally went in for his flirts…

They were received quite well…

And we can add another ticking time bomb to the list. At this point it is more of a challenge of can anyone catch Wally cheating

than who finishes first.

I sent Fire to bed and sent the next simself in.

Rose was more than happy with lips of Wally.

And found his flirts endearing and sweet.

Lauri was the last to get her romantic session in the kitchen.

Although she really didn’t mind.

Lauri: Wally kissed me.

Rose: La la la… I hear nothing.

Lauri: You hear that? He kissed me!

Rose: If I didn’t see it, it didn’t happen.

Once again, the game decided that the simselves were going to play nice and not try to boing anyone.

Although Wally tried…

Wally: You know, Regina is totally hot.

Lauri: But isn’t she married, to your many times great nephew.

Wally: So?

Rose: NOT LISTENING!!!

All too soon, it was time for another simself to go home. Unfortunately, Fire could not make up the difference and she was sent

home.

Rose: I want to leap in your arms.

Wally: Can you see I’m eating! After dinner ladies!

After dinner the inevitable finally happened…

Rose: I just want you to know how much I love you, Wally.

Wally: I know.

Lauri: And so do I, now.

Rose: I just want to say that whatever happens now, it is for the best.

Wally: Rose, you’re scaring me.

Lauri: Oh I can’t watch. I know what’s going to happen next.

Lauri: But I just can’t stop myself! Wally, how dare you cheat on me!

Wally: Whoa hold it! Bachelor challenge! There is no cheating. You all know what you signed up for!

Wally: Ouch! You know this hurts more than dying.

Rose: Don’t worry, I’ll kiss it better.

Lauri: Take that!

Rose: That worked out well.

Wally: If you say so.

Lauri: Dammit Rose! How am I going to come back from this?

Rose: That’s the point!

Lauri: Look I’m really sorry for smacking you. It’s the coding. Not me.

Wally: Sure that’s what they all say.

Then Lauri tried to make up ground by grossing out the bachelor… First she farted in his general direction…

Then burped in his face…

And oddly enough, it worked.

Then it was back to congratulations about slightly inappropriate things.

And apologies…

After apologies…

Still, it wasn’t enough to bring her score back up to where Rose’s was and so Lauri was our last contestant sent home.

Wally: Look, I love you. And I was going to choose you before you did any kind of meddling. You’ve got to believe that and not try

to manipulate the outcome.

Rose: But I’m a simself and an apoc player. I’m used to trying to finagle things so that they will work out.

Wally: Things will work out. No worries. Got that?

Rose: I do now.

Wally: Great does that mean that we get to woohoo?

Rose: I think I could be persuaded into that.

Wally: Yay! Oh and remind me to ask you something later.

Rose: Okay.

Later…

Wally: You know that thing I wanted to ask you. Well here it is. Will you Marry me Rose Fyre and consent to being plain old Mrs.

Doran from now on?

Rose: Oh my, is that what I think it is?

Wally: Yes.

Rose: Of course I will. It’s all I’ve ever wanted. Aside from all of the things that I’ve ever wanted.

Wally: Yay! Does that mean I can have a bubble blower now?

Rose: Yes!

So that’s the end of the little bachelor challenge that I said I would do for him. He’s now happily ensconced with Rose in a house

that he shares with Koriand’r (my other favorite sim from the apoc) and her husband. You’ll be seeing Wally, Rose, and Kori in my

OWBC along with their kids.
