September 2012 – September 2014. Responsible for weekly safety walks in four locations that led to a safety record of 330 days in 2012. Motivate a team that was recognized with first place in donations for the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund in 2013. Effectively provide support to main entrance team that, in 2012, accomplished first place with 39% over goal in a competition with Purchase-With-Purchase among all lands at DAK. Responsible for daily operation and support of more than 50 cast members in an $11 million location. Provide weekly strollers business recap and sales budget reports. Responsible for inventory of strollers/wheelchairs/ECV. Participate in 2012 inventory. Facilitated “Mobility Expo” in 2014. Introduced cast members from other areas of the park to mobility. Cast Deployment System trained. Recognized with 30 “Great Service Fanatic Cards” at this location. Winner of the “Four Keys Fanatic” for the month of November of 2013 at DAK. Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Retail Guest Service Manager/Emerging Leader - (TA) January 2014 – March 2014. I was an active participant in the development of new cast members in their introduction of Disney’s four key basics. Assisted the team during the 4 keys basic contest conducted on the month of March 2014. Partnered with peers to create a cast recognition celebration. Conducted daily meetings and communicated expectations to cast members. Performed weekly walks to encourage cast members’ excellence. Reached business results by monitoring daily metrics. Responsible for supervising 14 locations with sale volume of more than $80,000 on daily business.
