booking conditions. The contract between you and the Company is defined by these Booking Conditions and the

Confirmation Invoice, which is issued within 28 days from receipt by the Company of the deposit. A contract exists as soon

as we issue our confirmation invoice. The contract is governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2 Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel departures if the number of clients wishing to travel is

less than 21 persons. The Company shall not normally cancel an excursion if the above number is satisfied. If for any reason it

liability on the part of the Company shall cease.

4 Room Allocation & Special Requests: Every effort will be made to provide precisely the accommodation booked and to convey

special needs to the hotelier(s). However, the Company accepts no liability for any failure to provide a special request for

that supplement. Bookings for rooms with bath or shower shall be deemed to be fulfilled by the provision of either facility.

Requests for one or the other will be treated as requests only. Bookings for a double room shall be considered satisfied by the

provision of either a double or twin bedded room. Bookings for a twin room shall be considered satisfied by the provision of a

room with two or more beds.

5 Hotel Amenities: Some facilities (e.g. lifts) are not always available due to sudden breakdowns or the need to service them.

Other facilities (e.g. outdoor swimming pools) are only available when weather permits. The nature and frequency of

entertainment is also subject to demand and is at the discretion of the hotel.

6 All Bookings: Holiday price includes coach travel, accommodation, excursions and meals as specified in the excursion description. Some hotels and restaurants including Warner Leisure Hotels make a small additional charge for tea or coffee taken after meals. Morning coffee, afternoon tea, personal items and liquid refreshments are not included in the price of the excursion.

3 Unreasonable Behaviour: Should a client behave in an abusive or disruptive manner, the company reserves the right, after due consideration and

warning, to terminate the contract between us. In such circumstances the client will have no further redress against the company in respect of any lost

37 years visiting this fabulous Christmas Venue. So once again why not join us for this

chance to enjoy the most popular English Christmas show of all time. Each show is a

pageant of spectacle and colour – the music a seamless transition from an up-beat dance

routine to a choral rendition of a Christmas carol, a show which would not be out of place

in any of London’s West End theatres. The dazzling scenery is the backdrop to a blend of

exciting Christmas entertainment with carols, flamboyant dancers, beautiful costumes,

outstanding music and singing from a cast of over one hundred! At Thursford,

traditional farm buildings have been transformed into a small village of gift shops with a

touch of Charles Dickens’ England; The Christmas Shop, The Stable Shop and The

Pantry/Sweet Shop are all famous for their unique gifts and festive treats which perfectly

reflect this special time of year.

We are offering our 2 day holiday to this wonderful event – to include show ticket, half

board in local hotel, together with a visit to the world renown Caithness Crystal factory

where we will see a demonstration of glassmaking and have a chance to buy those last

Christmas presents at a fraction of the high street prices. On the way home, to make our

tour complete we will call at a choice of our ever popular venues to experience Christmas

decked out in all its splendour.

So why not join us for a magical and memorable festive time celebration?

Heale House and its eight acres of beautiful gardens lie beside the river Avon at Middle

Woodford, just north of Salisbury, Wiltshire. Much of the house is unchanged since King

Charles II hid here in 1651. On a sunny summer's day Heale's formal gardens display

spectacular colour, shade can be found in the walled garden and quiet tranquility in the

Japanese water garden (above). Sit on the banks of the river Avon and catch a glimpse of the

trout for which this river is famous. The garden centre offers a wide selection of flowers and

other plants with professional advice. Next to the garden centre, enjoy light lunches and

teas in the coffee shop

Built in the reign of Elizabeth I, Loseley Park stands in ancient Surrey Parkland close to the

North Downs yet within reach of London. Still the home of the More-Molyneux family, it is

remarkably unchanged since 1562 when Sir William More laid the first stones, and remains,

as he intended, a place of calm, grace and subtle beauty. From the house itself, where the

intricate panelling in the Great Hall was once in Henry VIII’s Nonsuch Palace; to the Tithe

Barn with its ancient oak beams; to the elegant and restful walled garden, Loseley Park is

sought after for civil weddings, corporate events, and as a location for films such as Sense and

Sensibility. But it’s also a place to visit, to enjoy the grounds, the garden and house, and relax

in one of England’s friendliest historic homes

The Savill Garden - WINDSOR GREAT PARK

The Savill Garden covers approximately 35 acres and dates from 1932 when it was started by Eric Savill,

Deputy Ranger of Windsor Great Park, with the support of King George V and Queen Mary. With the

intervention of the war, the garden could not be completed until the early1950s. Originally known as The

Bog Garden, George VI asked that it be renamed in honour of Eric Savill in 1951. The area is ideally suited to

the cultivation of rhododendrons and azaleas and so is at its best in April and May. The garden is now

considered one of the finest. By the entrance the visitor can immediately see laid out ahead the broad slopes

running down to the stream and lake, with woodland beyond. Pathways reach out in all directions, many

designed for wheelchair access. Facilities include an excellent plant centre, shop a restaurant as well as a

Temperate Glasshouse, opened in 1995 and named after the Queen Mother
