JENNIE GRAY CONNARD (PRODUCER) is thrilled to be working on the

production side for Pickwick and couldn't have asked for a better production team

in Debbie David, Frank Remiatte, Kirk Valles & Alisa Williams. She recently took

over as board president and is very excited for the future of Pickwick Players.

DEBBIE DAVID (PRODUCER) is a big fan of everyone involved at Pickwick

Players and is thrilled to be able to help out. She appeared in our holiday

production, Martinis N' Mistletoe, alongside her BFF and director Frank Remiatte.

When she isn't performing or producing, she is busy enjoying her family, including

her gorgeous 5 year-old (and future Pickwick star) Jake.

CHAD OAKLEY (LIGHTING DESIGN): Pickwick Players: Director- Pippin; Lighting

Design- Bye Bye Birdie, Martinis N’ Mistletoe, David & Lisa, Seussical, Joseph…

Dreamcoat, The Crucible, A Taffeta Christmas, Snoopy!!!, Annie. Chad has also

completed almost 80 other lighting and set designs for several San Diego theaters

and will be directing Richard Greenberg's The Violet Hour at OnStage Playhouse

in Chula Vista this November.

Jack Harlow, we are so proud of your performance accomplishments. Old

Globe Honoree 2 years in a row, tap dancing, fencing and best of all crooning

like the greats: Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and Bing Crosby! You have an

old soul and the biggest heart -- we love you! Congratulations on your final

"junior" production. Special thanks to everyone at Pickwick Players for all of

PRODUCTION TEAM PROFILES

FRANK REMIATTE (DIRECTOR) is thrilled to be back at Pickwick

Players! Directing credits include Bye Bye Birdie and Seussical Jr.

both here at Pickwick. Acting credits include Pageant the Musical,

My Three Angles, Incorruptible, Martinis N’ Mistletoe, and Sordid

Lives. Frank is a multi Aubrey Award winner. Special thanks to the

cast and production team for their hard work! “As always love and

hugs to my ‘One and Only’ I love you!”

KIRK VALLES (MUSICAL DIRECTOR) currently teaches Vocal/

General music in the San Diego Unified School District and is

Director of Music for St. Mark's Church. The 25th Annual Putnam

County Spelling Bee, Willy Wonka and The Best Little Whorehouse

in Texas include some of Kirk's latest shows. Mr. Valles is pleased

to be working again with Frank and Alisa and this very talented

cast. Much LOVE to Ana and Brooke.

ALISA WILLIAMS (CHOREOGRAPHER/COSTUMER) is elated to

be working again with Pickwick having recently worked on Zombie

Prom & Pippin. She has worked with other local theatres including

Coronado Playhouse, PowPAC, Scripps Ranch, and Lamplighters.

Thank you to Frank, Kirk, Katie, and Joe for another fun show!

KATIE BETH UMLOR (A.D./STAGE MANAGER/HAIR DESIGN),

Frank’s #1 stenog, is always thrilled to work with Pickwick Players.

Some of her favorite roles include Rubie Rea in BLWIT, Mrs. Gloop

in Willy Wonka, and Lily in Annie. By day, she can be found in a

salon cutting and styling. Katie would like to send love to her

“Doot” and her #1 “Mo” for their continued support.

JOSEPH ADAMS (ASST. STAGE MANAGER) is beyond thrilled to

be part of his first Pickwick production. He is normally seen

onstage but enjoys helping out backstage. Favorite roles include

Marius/Les Miserables, Cowardly Lion/Wizard of Oz, and

Lockstock/Urinetown. Special thanks to Katie, Frank, and his mom!

JAZLEY GENOVESE (ASST. STAGE MANAGER/MAMA) is happy

to be part of the crew! Past Pickwick roles include Coco (Zombie

Prom), Kim MacAfee (Bye Bye Birdie), Mayzie (Seussical). Other

with Pickwick Players again after Aubrey Award nominated

student at SDSCPA as well as a scholarship student at APA and a

ALEXIS EHRICKE (STENOG) loves to dance and sing, and enjoys being on

stage. Some of her previous productions include The Little Mermaid, Annie Get

Your Gun, and Beauty Lou and the Country Beast. A big THANK YOU to her

Mom and Nana for supporting her in her stage passion. She loves you!

HANNAH PARROTT (STENOG) is excited to be appearing in her first Pickwick

show. Previously, she has performed three shows with CYT. Her favorite role

was playing the Elephant Bird in Seussical. When she is not performing, she

enjoys gardening, playing with her friends, and going to church. She hopes to be

on Broadway when she grows up.

OLIVIA MCEVOY (STENOG) is excited to be appearing in her first play. She

loves to sing and act. Olivia’s passion is visual art, Pokémon, and Anime.

Thanks to Pickwick Players for the opportunity to perform and make new friends.

TIFFANY MEREDITH (STENOG) is thrilled to be performing with Pickwick

Players. She has performed in The Nutcracker (Elf) and has sung in Staump

Productions music performances. Tiffany takes piano lessons and enjoys

spending time with family in Lakeside doing "fun stuff." Tiffany thanks her

mother for her loving encouragement.

JARRAH NEWMAN (STENOG) This is Jarrah’s first show with Pickwick. She

recently played the Dormouse in Alice at Pacific Children’s Theatre. In addition

to doing shows, she enjoys Minecraft and movies. Jarrah thanks Frank, Kirk,

Katie, Alisa, and the whole cast and crew for a fun experience. Love to Mom,

LORREN CARTER (MODERN) has performed in several plays and has sung in

her school chorus. Two of her favorite roles were Chef Louis in The Little

Mermaid and Genie in Aladdin. She would like to thank her family, friends, and

Pickwick Players for making Millie such a great experience.

JACKLYN JARDEL (MODERN) is excited to be in her sixth show with Pickwick

Players. Performing since she was 8, favorite roles include a Sad Girl (Bye Bye

Birdie, Pickwick Players) and May Belle (Bridge to Terabithia, CYT). This

summer Jacklyn has also been busy training for a 10K and spending many hours

in dance camp.

PIETRA PEREIRA (MODERN) is excited to be appearing in her first musical.

She has been doing dance classes with several different studios since she was

three years old. When not at dance class, Pietra loves doing her makeup and

going shopping. Thanks to Jazley for recommending Pickwick to her.

[ SOPHIA ROGERS (MODERN) has performed in musicals since the age of 8.

Her love of dance began when she started taking tap lessons at the age of 3.

She is excited for her first Pickwick Players production. Sophia would like to

CAST PROFILES

TRULY BAILEY (MILLIE DILLMOUNT), 18, is the winner of

seven National Youth Arts Awards, received 2012 Globe

Honors for Sandy/Grease (LJHS) and appeared on PBS

national television’s Broadway or Bust. Credits include:

Cosette/Les Miserables (CYC), Hattie/Go, Dog. Go! (SDJT),

MaryJo/A Piece of My Heart (LJHS), Rusty/Footloose (ACT),

Little Sally/Urinetown (SDJT), and Thea/Spring Awakening

(ART).

CHRISTINA DERR (DOROTHY BROWN) is in her first role with

Pickwick Players. Previously she has performed in Cinderella,

Joseph…Dreamcoat, A Christmas Carol, Hello Dolly, and

others. Christina loves singing, dancing, and playing the guitar.

She would like to thank her directors, fellow actors, and her

family.

JACK HARLOW (TREVOR GRAYDON / ASSISTANT

CHOREOGRAPHER) is 17. His most recent role was Bishop

in Les Miserables (Lyceum Theatre). Other favorite roles

include Warner in Legally Blonde, Roy Hapley in Plaza Suite,

and Horton in Seussical with Pickwick Players. Jack would like

to thank Frank, Kirk, Katie, Alisa, and his vocal teacher and

mentor Thomas O’Leary.

RYAN NEALON (JIMMY SMITH) is thrilled to be a part of this

production. He is attending UCLA in the fall with a major in

Jazz Studies and minor in Theatre. Thanks to Frank, Katie,

Joe, and Alisa for helping him believe in himself. And a special

shout-out to Thomas O’Leary for helping him along the way!

MEGAN PERRY (MRS. MEERS) is thrilled to be involved with

her first show at Pickwick. Some of her previous roles include

Ursula (The Little Mermaid), Little Red Riding Hood (Into the

Woods), and the Wardrobe (Beauty & the Beast). She thanks

Pickwick for the opportunity to work with an amazing cast and

crew!

SCOTT BEDFORD (CHING HO) is excited to return to

Pickwick after appearing in Willy Wonka this year. Favorite

roles: Corny Collins (Hairspray), Eddie (13) and Courfeyrac

(Les Misérables). Scott loves performing with his sister Sarah

and his friend Josh. He would like to thank Frank and Alisa.

JOSH HENSON (BUN FOO) is excited to be back at Pickwick!

He enjoys acting, singing, and dancing. His favorite shows

have been Willy Wonka, Dr. Dolittle, The Wizard of Oz, Annie,

and Grease. Josh performs with the San Diego Children’s

Choir. He thanks his family for all their love and support.

Erzulie/Once On This Island. Genevieve thanks Chrissy Burns

NETTIE ALLEN (PRISCILLA GIRL) is overjoyed to be back onstage with

Pickwick . Recently she worked backstage on Zombie Prom and Willy Wonka.

She starred in David & Lisa as Lisa Brandt and also played in the ensemble in

Seussical and Joseph…Dreamcoat. Much love to family and friends.

SARAH BEDFORD (PRISCILLA GIRL) is thrilled to return to Pickwick after

appearing in Willy Wonka earlier this year. Favorite roles include Charlotte in

13, and most recently Madame Thénardier in Les Misérables. Thanks especially

to Alisa for all her patience and encouragement.

CARLY MESSIG (PRISCILLA GIRL) is excited to be appearing in her first

Pickwick Players production. Previously she has worked with the theatre

department at West Hills High School and is thrilled to be her drama club’s vice

president this upcoming school year. Carly thanks everyone who has

encouraged her theatre dreams.

HAYLEY O’TOOLE (PRISCILLA GIRL) is thrilled to be part of Thoroughly

Modern Millie. She majors in musical theatre at SCPA. Favorite credits include

Junior Theatre), Cheshire Cat (Alice in Wonderland, MMS), and Mrs. Bucket
