Walkthrough – Wireframes – for Photo Upload process

Purpose: To provide media handling screen to help UCJEPS grant.

Proposed:• Photographer to use barcode scanner to input the Accession Number

• Custom field for Term Completion and Controlled Vocabulary controlled for input of scientific name.

• "Descriptive Title" field to differentiate similar media handling records.

Future:In a later iteration, we will build a batch processing script that automatically creates a specimen object record from the information on the Media Handling record. Automatically filling in accession numbers and names/titles.

Current Workings:One can manually create a related specimen object record using existing CollectionSpace capabilities.
