Assistant Project Manager (Electrical Systems) Experience: 10 - 15 years
Roles & Responsibilities: UNDERSTAND electrical calculations (Ex: Short circuit, cable sizing, voltage drop, switchgearselection, component selection and sizing, lighting calculations, AC/DC power distributions design).schematics, Support the team in reviewing the deliverable, technically mentor and guide the engineers, Required Skills: Strong project and people management skills interact with customer for day to day quality deliverable.
Assistant Project Manager (Catia Electrical Harness) Experience: 8 - 15 years
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the day to day deliverable and manage the team of 10 to 15 engineers, and mentorthe engineers, build the competencies Required Skills: Good skills on Electrical Schematic / Layout Diagram understanding. Experience in Electrical System Design and Installation and Electrical Harness Routing Experience in Rolling stock standards. Knowledge on harness components like Connectors, Crimps, wires, supports etc Experience on 3D Harness routing and 2D Drawing creation in Catia V5 Electrical Harness Work Bench Knowledge on 3D Modeling and sheet metal Design. Must have Good Verbal and written communication skills. Desired Skills: Should be Quality Conscious & Self-driven and Flexible to learn new technologies Ability to work proactively and independently Aware of Change & Quality Management processes
Technical Leader (Catia Electrical Harness) Experience: 6 - 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities: Study the product architecture for harness routing design and prepare/ realize Technical &Functional inputs. Realize conceptual, preliminary & Detail presentation of harness routing Design. Development & Conceptual design knowledge of Sheet metal parts / components Define / negotiate the harness paths and fixations with architecture as per Rolling Stock and customer best practicesRequired Skills: Good skills on Electrical Schematic / Layout Diagram understanding. An electrical engineer with experience on electrical systems design, wiring design, should be familiar with variouselectrical calc: switch-gear selection and sizing, cable sizing, short circuit cal, temp rise calc, voltage drop calc, wiringaccessories, and have good knowledge on E3 cad tool Roles & Responsibilities: Create components and create functional schematics and report generation Perform electrical calculations (Ex: Short circuit, cable sizing, voltage drop, switchgear selection, component selectionand sizing, lighting calculations, AC/DC power distributions design). Required Skills: Support the team in reviewing the deliverables of the junior engineers To technically mentor and guide the junior engineers in the team The candidate should be well versed in the E3 software
