Walk a Country Mile is just that, an invitation to walk as many miles as you can into the body of Australia with a pedometer tracking your total distance walked. All participants are invited to register a start and end point in the fundraising walk. Each and every step measured by the Rural Aid branded pedometer can be updated on the website and the distance walked mapped against the final walk target.

The fundraising campaign is ideal for corporates, schools or anyone interested in physical exercise and fun. Individuals or teams can register online and raise funds through our fundraising platform.

This unique program allows walkers to complete multiple walks and accumulate their distances over a period of time.

Funds raised through the Walk a Country Mile campaign are spent on a number of Rural Aid projects, most notably the Farm Rescue projects held throughout the year.
