Virtualization project through planning, implementation, and migration from physical to VMware virtual environment.

Designed DR business continuity plans for Smart Village production site through building the Site Recovery Management (SRM) plans, consistency groups, and array-based replication through EMC Recover Point to ensure the availability of mission critical applications and services over the DR site in case of crises.

Recently, HR/Financial Tools to serve and facilitate the HR and Finance departments’ business needs and daily procedures. The project was including the HR Core, Payroll, iRecruitment, Self Services, Time Management and Financial modules.

Sr. Unix/Linux System Admin and Tivoli Admin – Alexbank IT Infrastructure Department (2008 to 2013)Administering AIX/Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems that hosting core banking systems and critical business applications like Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Collection, and Tivoli Management environment.Challenge #1: Enhancing AIX Core Banking Systems performance.After running periodical performance analysis procedures, we were able to enhance the performance for the AIX Core Banking systems to gain the highest level of customer satisfactions.Challenge #2: Servers deployment (NFS, and Samba).Deployed the NFS system between two AML servers to resolve low disk space for local hard disks till virtual migration. Also, deployed a Samba server to allow Windows-Linux file sharing over operators' workstations.

Sr. Tivoli Systems Admin:Administering IBM Tivoli Management software that provides smarter solutions and the expertise we need to design, build and manage a dynamic infrastructure that enables us to improve service, reduce cost and manage risk. Tools I run like:

IBM Tivoli Storage Manager: Gives us centralized, automated data protection to help reduce the risks associated with data loss.

IBM Tivoli Remote Control: View and control remote desktops and workstations anywhere on our network with tools that include central logging, video session capture and full data stream encryption.

IBM Tivoli Monitoring: Helps us optimize IT infrastructure performance and availability. This proactive system monitoring software manages operating systems, databases and servers in distributed and host environments.

IBM Tivoli Network Manager IP Edition: Provides the network analysis software needed to manage complex networks.

Challenge #1: Upgrade Tivoli Management Software to the latest version.Run full upgrade to the Tivoli Software to the latest version to ensure stability, enhance the whole environment, and keeping under the IBM support umbrella.
