One-Info (VC)

• Functional (EMER) ID information should not be placed in the description text

• Functional (EMER) ID info is now captured in new fields within the security activity recordactivity record– FID: Functional id being requested– LPAR: LPAR where FID is needed

• Resource Management IDs that have a ‘Z’ in the 5th space can use a wildcard: ITSXZ*

• Validation with One-Info is performed real-time:– RFC must be fully approvedy pp– Request must fall within:

• RFC start date and time• RFC end date and time

• FID and LPAR must be specified in the security AR

• FID belonging to the person making request must be in AR
