ITINERARYSeptember 13 – Welcome / Travel DayWelcome to your First Dakota National Bank and Moostash Joe Tour! Meet us in Mitchell, Salem or Yankton, SD and head south this morning to York, where we’ll have our first meal together at Chances “R” Restaurant, a local Nebraskan favorite. This afternoon’s travels take us to Wichita, KS and the downtown Drury Plaza Hotel, where we’ll be overnight and have the chance to relax and enjoy the company of your fellow travelers at Drury’s great “Kickback” – where complimentary food and drinks are available. (L, D)

September 14 – The Pioneer Woman Mercantile / Pawhuska, OKOur short morning drive takes us to the revitalized town of Pawhuska, Oklahoma – home to Food Network Television Star Ree Drummond, otherwise known as The Pioneer Woman! Right away, we get to try the cooking that made her Food Network series so popular over our included lunch at The Pioneer Woman Mercantile! After lunch, spend some time shopping at The Mercantile, the famed destination bakery, deli and general store. Then, roam Pawhuska and the surrounding area on our guided “Roaming the Osage” Historic Scenic Tour, featuring a tour of the Drummond Ranch! Back in Pawhuska, we’ll enjoy an afternoon social at Ree Drummond-owned Charlie’s Sweet Shop to satisfy our sweet tooth and a visit to the Ben Johnson Cowboy Museum, home of the World’s Greatest Cowboys. Later, check-in to our accommodations in the heart of downtown (right across the street from The Mercantile) at the boutique Frontier Hotel before our evening meal at P-Town Pizza, another Ree Drummond-owned local favorite. (B, L, D)

September 15 – Blake Shelton’s Ole Red / Tishomingo, OKAfter a delicious breakfast at The Mercantile, continue through rural Oklahoma towards Tishomingo – home to Country Music Superstar Blake Shelton! Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Ole Red, the new Blake Shelton-owned bar and music venue. Spend some time on your own later this afternoon to explore and look for the perfect souvenir or memorabilia in downtown Tishomingo. Continue south to Waco, Texas where we’ll be overnight and free time to spend the evening at your leisure. (B, L)

September 16 – “Fixer Upper” Tour / Magnolia Market at the SilosThe highlight for many of you, this morning we enjoy our step-on guided “Fixer-Upper” themed tour of Waco, Texas with Waco Tours! We’ll visit Harp Design Co, including a driving tour of some of Chip and Joanna’s fixed-up houses! After our tour, we head to the renowned Magnolia Market at the Silos – as seen on the hit HGTV show “Fixer Upper.” Here, you can browse their unique collection of home décor, try a famous cupcake from the Magnolia Bakery, explore Magnolia Seed + Supply, relax on the lawn and enjoy lunch from the best food trucks in Waco! For those that finished their shopping early or want to keep exploring, choose to spend your afternoon taking advantage of the free Silo District Downtown Trolley, which makes it easy to get to Waco’s most popular downtown shops, museums and restaurants. This evening we all come together for our evening meal at Vitek’s BBQ, a Chip and Joanna favorite, with an interior designed by Joanna, herself! Before heading back for the evening, we’ll also make an ice cream and coffee stop at Heritage Creamery and Common Grounds Coffee – both featured on Fixer Upper! (B, D)

September 17 – Optional Breakfast at Magnolia Table / Fort Worth StockyardsWake up early this morning and head to Chip and Joanna’s hip, newly renovated Magnolia Table for breakfast on your own. We will provide transportation for those interested! After a leisurely morning, we head north to Fort Worth, Texas. Our own step-on tour guide will be waiting for us at the Fort Worth Stockyards for one-of-a-kind commentary on its past, present and future. After your short tour, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the Cattle Drive! The Old West comes to life every day at 11:30 a.m., where real Texas cowhands drive a herd of Texas longhorns down the block. Then we head over for lunch at Billy Bob’s Texas, an iconic, massive country music honky-tonk just steps from the Stockyards with free time this afternoon to explore the area on your own. Later this evening we arrive in Moore, OK – the hometown of Toby Keith! Enjoy a short tour highlighting the beginnings of this Country Music Icon before an evening to spend at your leisure. (B, L)

September 18 – Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum / Prairie Rose ChuckwagonAfter breakfast, we head into Oklahoma City to visit the inspirational Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum which honors the victims, survivors, rescuers and all who were affected by the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995. Then, spend some free time for lunch and exploring Bricktown, Oklahoma City’s up-and-coming lively entertainment district. Continue north to Wichita this afternoon, where another special evening is planned at the Prairie Rose Chuckwagon. As Kansas’ #1 Chuckwagon Supper, enjoy an evening of fun, great entertainment from the world-famous Prairie Rose Rangers as well as their all-you-can-eat Chuckwagon Supper! (B, D)
