Membership By invitation to baccalaureate and

graduate nursing students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship and to nurse leaders exhibiting exceptional achievements in nursing.

doctoral degrees; 51% are in staff positions; 19% are administrators or supervisors; 18% are faculty/academics 12% are in advanced practice

Facts about STTI There are 486 chapters at institutions of

higher education in Australia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, England, Ghana, Hong Kong, Japan, Kenya, Malawi, Mexico, The Netherlands, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Swaziland, Sweden, Taiwan, Tanzania, The USA, Wales

Honor Society in WA First step – 18 months “probation” Three universities – Curtin, ECU, UWA Fees and all income to the Honor Society Once become a chapter – STTI in USA sets

their fees and we add a fee to allow us to operate

STTI does not have any ownership of the Chapter Funds

While Honor Society – we do not have any access to STTI.

Member Eligibility/ Honor or STTI Students – CWA of 75+ - ½ completed –

demonstrating academic integrity Registered Nurses enrolled in postgrad programs –

i.e. course work Masters – CWA of 75+ - ½ completed - demonstrating academic integrity

PhD and Research Masters students – CWA of 80+ - ¼ completed – but if no coursework then just ¼ completed - demonstrating academic integrity

Clinical Nurses – must have a bachelor degree, demonstrate achievement in nursing – guide
