the contrasting views to the city’s miraculous skyline in

one direction and to the infinite sea horizon in the other.

The theme of ‘Contrasting Views’ drives the form and

texture of design elements throughout the property

from hotel entry to beachfront lounge chairs. The

concept is achieved through the contrast of geometric

shapes and manufactured materials opposed by

sinuous, organic curves of softer treatments. Energy

zones are focused at the intersection of these opposing

spaces, where these intriguing opposites collide.

The expansive pool deck features, on one side, a

city-inspired pool and party zone populated with

cabanas reminiscent of buildings arranged on a city

grid and oriented toward the incredible Dubai skyline.

Adjacent to this pool, a series of sinuous, cascading

pools, carry visitors down to the beach and converge
