"'JOh~~~:is located in Lincoln County, WV, on Upper Mud River Road,approximateiy 3.5 miles from the junction of Upper Mud River Road and WV Rt. 3.This cemetery is located on what used to be the Elisha Johnson farm in the earlypart of the 1900's. To get to the cemetery, you have to cross over Mud River via asteel one-lane bridge located on the left side of the highway. Proceed to the topof the hill by way of the dirt road to the cemetery that is located on privateland. There were numerous unmarked graves and some with broken tombstones· Some ofthe tombstones were not readable. If anyone knows of someone else besides who ison this list that was buried in this cemetery and that I missed somehow, please letme know.
