“I've been going here for years, tried other barber shops in between visits a handful of times but always keep coming back. No place else meets the level of quality and service that you receive consistently here at FG. Men- They actually use real scissors to cut your hair, not a glorified buzz cut using clippers like everywhere else. The cost might be a little more then other places, but you get what you pay for so money is well spent. (Ps they honor appointment times!!) staff is always professional and courteous. I've had many stylists there and all are top notch.” -Andy “I've visited Frank Gironda countless times since I was in junior high, where I got my first cool ‘Jennifer Aniston’ haircut with their Young Talents program. 12 years later, I still love this place. Even though I live in New York City now, the mecca of cutting edge fashion (haha, get it?), I still wait until I make a trip back to Wheaton so I can book an appointment with my hairstylist.” -Tiffany

Describe your business: At Great Clips we are more than a place to get a haircut. We believe in giving, doing and caring about what we do within our walls and our impact outside of them. We are a place the entire family can come and walk out looking great! Describe your customer service philosophy. We believe in comfort, freedom and connection. We care about customers feeling welcomed, understood, appreciated and relaxed. We care about making it easy for customers to save time and money. We care about connecting with customers to ensure they get the haircut they want. Tell us what sets you apart from your competition? We are open seven days a week, at very convenient times so when our customers need us we are there for them. To make sure we give our customers what they ask for each time, we keep accurate details on every haircut utilizing our Clip Notes technology. And if it’s not exactly what they wanted, we guarantee each cut and will make it right. To help minimize wait times, our customers can use our Online Check-In app to check in. And finally, we are a select service salon, so the customer can truly customize their experience to get what they want while saving time and money. Describe your business’ community involvement. Great Clips has always worked to strengthen the people and communities we serve. And we're proud to contribute our time, talents and resources to a variety of great causes. Below are just four examples of how we give back:
• Twice a year we raise money for the Ronald McDonald House because we believe in keeping families together when a child is
getting medical treatment. We also do cut a thons and volunteer our time at these amazing houses.
• We give a free haircut to anyone who is about to begin chemotherapy because we believe losing hair due to being sick should be on the persons terms not the illnesses terms.
• Each Veteran’s Day we give out hundreds of free haircut cards to all our customers to give to a Veteran they know as a thank you for their service to our country. Veteran’s can also come in that day to get a free haircut or a coupon they can redeem when they actually need a haircut.
• We also do free haircuts for anyone who has grown their hair to donate to Wigs for Kids.
Why is Wheaton the place where you want to do business? Wheaton is a beautiful community, a place where you have everything from activies, shopping, services. You name it, Wheaton has it. Wonderful people that make up a strong community. We have 8 employees. Share your favorite testimonial. A woman came into the shop and sat down in the chair and shared with us that she was about to begin chemotherapy and she had made the brave decision to shave her head. She cried as she told us her story but was adamant that she wanted to make the decision to cut her hair and not give cancer the satisfaction. We talked a while and let her cry and gave her the time she needed. When it came time to pay, we told her it was free because of our Clips of Kindness program. She was so overwhelmed with our kindness that she told us that it made her forget about being sick for a moment. Our heart broke for this courageous woman. While a clipper cut is
a small gesture in the big fight against cancer, it's our way of trying to make things just a little better. And that day, we did for her.

Ashley V — 5 stars: This the best grooming place I’ve been to. They really care about your pet and always put them first.
All are super nice! I would recommend Noel for any groom! She’s amazing! I loved walking in and see my dogs playing
with others vs sitting a crate since I’m working all day.
Robert M. - 5 stars: Spotted Paw is a great place that we take our dog to. We have been going to Spotted Paw for about
3 years now and they are great. We have seen them start off to now being the best dog groomers in the city. They have
remodeled, and their retail area is great. Spotted Paw is out one stop dog store and we love them there. Thank you
Spotted Paw for taking such good care of us
all.________________________________________________________________________________________________
