Yale Veracitor VX SeriesThis series of trucks is available in twoconfigurations.The Veracitor Base truck offers first-rate performance for standard-dutyapplications and is geared to minimisecost of acquisition withoutcompromising performance.The Veracitor Value truck providesexcellent performance for standard andmedium-duty applications and isoptimised for lowest hourly cost ofoperation.EnginesEngines feature a rigid cast iron blockand main bearing caps.Hydraulic valve lifters eliminate theneed for manual adjustment. Allengines include hardened exhaustvalve seats. All engines are Tier 2emissions compliant and feature closedloop emissions regulation systems thatcontinually monitor exhaust and adjustfuel/air mix. Fuel SystemThe Mazda LPG engine uses a singlebarrel non adjustable carburetor withan LPG injector and aregulator/vaporizer. The Engine ControlUnit controls the LPG injector fueling.The Yanmar fuel system has anElectro-mechanical controlled throttleproviding excellent response time.Super quick glow plugs allow theengine to start quickly and reliablyunder cold conditions, the cold startdevice delivers a cleaner exhaust undercold conditions by advancing the fuelinjection timing based on watertemperature. Emissions have beenreduced by controlling fuel injectiontiming according to engine load. TransmissionTwo transmission selections areavailable with engine configurationsthat will fulfill a wide variety of materialhandling applications. 1) Standard Electronic featureselectronic inching, electric shift control,neutral start switch, and anti-restartprotection and heavy duty clutchpacks.A single pedal controls both inchingand braking. Optional dual inch/brake pedals areavailable for operators who prefer thisdesign. A 100 mesh suction and a 10micron return line filtration protect the
